Close your eyes and go within.

Relax your shoulders,

Your hips,

Your legs.

Take a nice deep breath in through the nose.

And you'll exhale out through the mouth.

Allowing your physical body to relax.

Take another nice deep breath in through the nose.

And you'll exhale out through the mouth.

Coming into a deeper and deeper state of relaxation and joy.

One more nice deep breath in.

A cleansing breath out.

Allowing everything to settle.

Allow your awareness to drop into your heart space.

That sacred space located at the center of your chest.

Then sense,

Feel or imagine that you have a beautiful beautiful rainbow sphere above your head.

This rainbow sphere has the frequency of love,

Light,

Abundance,

Success and deep healing.

This rainbow sphere will start to spin.

And as it spins,

It will start to bless you with different frequencies of love and light.

And these raindrops of love and light from this rainbow will start to pour into your body and being.

You'll see different colors or sense different colors.

Every color,

Every texture,

Every drop is to allow your physical body to relax.

You can feel this rainbow frequency pouring into the crown of your head.

Your third eye.

Your throat.

Your heart.

Down to the solar plex,

The sacral and the root.

You can feel this rainbow frequency of light and love just streaming through your entire body and being.

And as it streams through your entire body and being,

This rainbow sphere of love and light will come down through the crown of the head.

Down through the third eye.

Down through the throat.

Into the heart chakra.

And this rainbow sphere of love and light is going to expand in your heart chakra.

And as it expands,

Your heart chakra will open up.

And as it opens up,

There will be a stairway from the heart space that you're sitting in that will go down to the heart space.

And I invite you to walk up the staircase into the heart chakra.

And as you walk into the chakra,

You'll be greeted by a beautiful light.

This light is like no other light you've seen before.

The light starts to envelope you as you walk into it.

And as you walk into it,

There is no separation between you and the light.

And this light frequency from your heart chakra that's beaming all around you will start to stream down the heart chakra into the heart space.

And as it streams down,

You can feel your entire energy field expand because you are the light.

This frequency that's hugging you,

That's loving you.

And as it moves into the heart space just below the heart chakra,

You can feel your heart chakra and your heart space expand a little more.

And then I want you to notice,

Sense,

Or feel the top of the heart chakra and this beautiful light on where it ends.

This light is going to shine a light on the roof of it.

And then it's going to allow that staircase that was going down to go up.

And the staircase will end at the top of the heart chakra.

And at the top of this staircase,

This light will place you there where you can see yourself again.

You have the capacity to hold more light and more love in this bridge to your inner and outer world.

On top of the staircase,

You will see a door.

This door will take you to a beautiful place.

I invite you to open the door.

This door holds an image for you to see what's preventing you from expanding the light within the heart space and the heart chakra.

So I invite you to walk through the door.

And when you walk through the door,

You will see a screen or a mirror of some sort.

I invite you to walk over to it.

And you'll press play on it.

So you might just have to tap the mirror or tap the screen.

And as the screen activates,

An image of you will appear.

And this image is going to show you a pattern,

A pattern that is preventing the light from fully coming through and expanding the space.

Allow yourself to see that now.

And as you see yourself in the screen,

Let go of judgment and worries.

This is here to be transformed.

This is here to just be of education and value,

To shift the perspective of the pattern.

And to get you in residence with your sovereignty,

To bring you into frequency that you already hold,

That you just prevent preventing it from letting it fully flow.

And as you see it play out,

The screen will turn to blank.

And you'll have an opportunity on the screen or the mirror to swipe it left,

Right,

Up or down,

Whatever feels natural to you,

To transform the pattern.

So it's an opportunity for you to transform it because we can never delete anything.

We have the ability to transform it into something that's usable.

So I invite you to swipe up,

Down,

Left,

Right,

Or even hit the delete button.

That's really the transformation button.

And when you do that,

That light will reappear.

And there will be no separation between you and the light as the light starts to grow,

Glow brighter and brighter and brighter and brighter.

And as it grows brighter and brighter and brighter and you see no beginning,

No end from this light,

There's no separation from you and this light.

The light is urging you,

Requesting that you set the intention of what you want to happen,

What you want the new pattern,

The new transformation to be.

So if you're constantly worrying,

Maybe the new pattern is ease,

Grace,

Play,

Love.

And to recognize that you have that ability to plug in and replace worry with any of those emotions,

Those thoughts,

Reprogramming,

Patterns.

And just go ahead and set that intention now.

And as you set it,

I invite you to take a nice deep breath.

And as you take a nice deep breath,

I want you to exhale out.

And the light will start to glow and change colors.

And the light will start to turn to red,

To orange,

To blue,

To green,

To purple,

To pinks,

To golds.

That rainbow frequency,

That sphere that came into the heart chakra will start to spin again as the light turns back into that.

And as it spins and spins and spins,

It will start to disperse tiny,

Tiny strands of infinite crystal lights.

And these lights may break off as jewels or sacred geometry in the heart chakra.

And they hold the intention and they will fill in all the nooks and crannies in the heart space and in the heart chakra.

And you'll notice the heart chakra's ceiling rise and expand front to back,

Side to side,

Top to bottom.

And as this rainbow sphere of light that is spinning and blessing you with different jewels and strands of infinite wisdom and knowledge and sacred geometry and truth,

Your heart space will expand a little more,

Your heart chakra will expand a little more.

And you'll just breathe in this new frequency,

This new light,

This new light upgrade.

And I invite you to take three breaths.

So you'll take a nice deep inhale.

And you'll exhale.

You'll inhale.

You'll exhale.

And on this inhale,

You'll feel that rainbow sphere expand.

And on the exhale,

It will burst into an infinite number of strands and there will be no more sphere.

And these strands will melt into your heart space and heart chakra and they will shower you with love and light.

And you'll feel your heart space expand and your heart chakra expand one more time.

And they're saying,

When I say they,

I mean the Guardians of the Light,

They're saying,

Clarify your intention one last time to ensure the expansion and the truth of your heart is felt across all time and space.

So expand,

Set,

Believe.

And go ahead and clarify that intention one last time.

And as you clarify it,

You'll feel a golden light above your head just stream down and this golden light will just bring some grounding energy in.

And with the grounding energy,

You'll bring some smoking quartz and black tourmaline crystal and energy to ground the energy.

And I invite you to take three more breaths as this process is starting to be complete.

And you'll feel that crystal and energy roll down the crown,

The third eye,

The heart,

Down the solar plexus sacral and into the root and you'll feel it grow down into the legs,

Activating the roots in your feet.

And those roots will go down to Gaya's heart chakra and they'll plug in and you'll take one last breath to ground the energy a little more.

Inhale and exhale.

And as you exhale,

You bow your chin and torch your chest.

You'll rub your hands together.

And as you rub your hands together,

Just getting a little movement in the physical body,

I welcome you to cup your hands over your eyes,

Just feeling the warmth.

And you can bring your hands about a foot or two away from the eyes.

You can blink your eyes open,

Looking at the palms of your hands.
