Welcome to this self-love guided meditation.
Please come into a
Comfortable position either sitting or lying down and bring your eyes to close
And begin to make a connection with your breath.
Feeling the breath flowing in
Through the nose and out through the nose and invite it to slow down.
Feeling
The body expanding as you gently breathe in,
Releasing any tension you're holding
On to as you breathe out.
Beginning to ground your awareness deep into the
Space of your body,
Letting go of external distractions and coming home to
Yourself.
Now bring your awareness up into the space of your third eye right
Behind your forehead and between your eyebrows and send your inner vision out
Through this space as if you're looking out upon a blank black screen and begin
To see a little pin dot of light at the center of the screen and let this pin
Dot of light begin to grow a little bit bigger and a little bit bigger and then
See yourself stepping through that small little hole glowing with light and as
You do imagine yourself stepping into a serene sanctuary that's bathed in warm
Golden light.
This is a space dedicated solely to you,
A space for self-love and
Acceptance,
A space where you can begin to soften,
Become receptive and allow
Yourself to be filled up with whatever it is you need in this moment.
Now as
You're standing in this self-love sanctuary,
Bring your attention to your physical body,
Starting with your toes,
Noticing any sensations or tingling or warmth and then
Moving your awareness upwards,
Acknowledging your knees and your hips,
Your belly,
Your chest,
Feeling your shoulders and your arms and hands,
Your neck,
Your face,
Your head,
And as you ground into your body,
Feel your body beginning to open to this space.
Feel your body becoming receptive,
Soaking up the good vibes that are available to you here.
Whatever it is that you need or desire in this moment,
It's yours and allow yourself,
If you'd like,
To walk around the space,
Noticing if there's anything here with you,
Noticing the temperature,
The colors,
Textures,
And again just noticing your own receptivity and
This is a place where you get to receive.
Loving yourself by allowing yourself to take in as much
As you'd like,
To be completely filled up with positivity.
Now standing in this sanctuary of
Love and resting a hand over your heart,
Taking a deep breath in to your heart space,
Breathing out,
Relaxing,
Releasing through this area and sensing warmth in your own heart,
Sensing your inner light glowing,
Expanding and filling up your entire being.
And as you stay connected to this inner light,
Repeat these affirmations after me or just hear my words as your own.
I am worthy of love and respect.
I am beautiful in my own unique way.
I am loved and supported by the universe.
Now come back to your breath.
Draw in a nice deep breath again right down into your heart
Space.
Breathing out,
Releasing and letting go of any stress,
Negativity,
Any self-criticism or judgment.
And then come back to your whole body,
Your sensing body,
Your receptive body and again just feel yourself soaking up the good vibes that
Are available here in this sanctuary and see if there's anything else that you need today.
And if so,
Make that request and feel yourself open to receive whatever you've asked for.
The sanctuary is here for you whenever you may be in need of a little self-love,
Positive energy.
Your sanctuary is here waiting for you.
Now look around the space and find your way back to that little pinpoint of light
That you entered your sanctuary through.
And as you walk towards it,
Notice that this hole grows a little bit bigger and you can slip right through.
And as you do,
Begin to find your way back into your physical body.
Feel your breath flowing in,
Gently expanding your lungs,
Your chest,
Your belly.
And as your breath flows out,
Feel the weight of your body settling down into whatever you're
Sitting on.
And then bringing one or both hands to rest right over your heart,
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
Sigh out through an open mouth.
Carry this feeling of self-love,
Of acceptance,
Of good vibes with you throughout the rest of your day.
And remember that you are worthy of love just as you are.
