Hello and welcome to this guided meditation practice to support you in letting go of density and awakening your inner light,
Tuning in to your essential frequency and really letting it begin to lighten up,
Take up space and invite you into change,
Invite you into effortless transformation,
Into more of who you truly are.
So for this practice feel free to sit or if you'd rather lie down you can lie down and bring your eyes to close and begin to slow down your breath.
And as you slow down your breath allow your inhalations to deepen,
Drawing the breath way down into the space of your belly and then deepening your exhalation,
Deepening this letting go through the out-breath and as you deepen and slow down your breath feel how it's beginning to pull you in to the present moment and then following your in-breath allow it to pull you deep into your body and as you begin connecting with your body through the breath notice how it's doing today.
How does your body feel today?
And as you consider that question you in a way are opening up this line of communication with your body and so listen,
Listen to your body's response.
What does it have to share with you about how it is doing today?
Your body is this amazing intelligent vessel that you inhabit and it allows you to move through life and to live out your purpose and do what you came here to do and often the body stores for us emotions,
Experiences,
Beliefs.
It often stores things that maybe we don't have the time or the capacity to process and it does this it creates a density inside of us,
A heaviness inside of us.
Take a moment to sense within yourself where the density lies.
Where might your body be holding on?
Where is your body feeling dense or heavy?
Where within yourself has the energy become backed up,
Blocked up,
Or suppressed?
You might feel this like a tightness or a subtle ache.
Maybe there's a part of your body that it chronically is injured or feels hurt.
Trust whatever comes.
Trust whatever sensations arise in this moment.
This is your body letting you know where it's holding on to aspects of your life,
Aspects of you,
Aspects of your experiences that maybe you haven't been ready to process.
Keep breathing and as you connect to these areas,
As you acknowledge places of density inside of you,
Simply invite these areas of heaviness to lighten up and notice what happens when you do.
Inviting this part of your body to lighten up does not have to be a forceful command.
It's just a gentle invitation.
An invitation for your body to not have to work so hard to hold the old.
And as it's invited to release what's heavy,
What's dense,
What's no longer serving you,
You are also offering your body and really your whole self to become more light and for you to establish deeper alignment and greater harmony within your whole self,
Body,
Mind,
Soul,
And spirit.
Scan through your body one more time and just notice are there any other parts of you that feel dense or heavy?
Are there any parts wanting to lighten up and let go?
And to support this transformation even further,
Let's invoke healing energy that comes straight from Source.
Straight from the Universe,
From the Great Spirit of All That Is.
So imagine high up in the sky above you a glowing Sun and allow this glowing bright Sun to be whatever color feels natural in this moment to you and allow its radiant light to begin flowing down like a river towards the crown of your head.
And as the light touches down upon the crown of your head see your entire body being filled with this light.
Let this light move into the tips of your fingers,
The tips of your toes,
And feel and sense it beginning to flow into the space surrounding your body.
Imagine this shimmering light beginning to dance all around you.
See it spreading out and taking up lots of space around you.
Feel it flowing into your mind,
Helping you think in expansive ways for yourself and your life.
And then come up with a clear intention for what's next for you in your day.
Your intention could be as simple as I allow my light to flow freely.
I allow the density that I've carried in my body and my energy and my mind and my soul to release with ease.
I embrace my highest frequency and step into my full potential.
Let's take three more breaths completing this practice honoring yourself and honoring the magic in this moment.
If you'd like you can take one hand and rest it over your heart and one hand over your belly and let's take one last deep breath in through the nose out through the mouth.
