Hey you,

Do you struggle with prioritizing your health and well-being?

For instance,

Maybe you want to change your eating habits,

Or begin a new exercise routine,

Or start meditating every day.

But for some reason,

Despite your heartfelt desire,

You're not following through.

Then you are in the right place.

This guided energy clearing experience will help you begin to release some of the emotional mental blockages that make self-care difficult.

As you begin to release this negative energy that sabotages your efforts to take care of yourself,

You'll start to feel more motivated and inspired to make choices that truly support your health and happiness.

So let's begin.

You can sit comfortably,

Or if you prefer to lie down,

Feel free to lie down.

And then let your eyes come to close if you'd like.

And as you turn your attention inward upon yourself,

Connect with your breath.

At first,

Just observing the natural flow of your breath in this moment.

And then allowing your breath to grow a little bit deeper.

Stretching out your inhales and your exhales.

Just beginning to draw all parts of you home into this moment.

Realizing how the body is moving with your breath.

And let go of any tension in your jaw.

Let go of any holding in your shoulders.

Feel your belly grow soft and allow it to take up extra space.

Scanning your attention all the way down into your hips,

Your legs and your feet.

And also noticing your arms and your hands and see if you can experience your entire body breathing in,

Your entire body breathing out.

Now shift your attention from your physical body to your energetic body.

This is the life force that permeates your physical body.

The force that infuses your physical body with vitality.

And just notice how your energy feels today.

As you connect to your energetic body,

You are tapping into the blueprint of you.

This blueprint is where we can find the negative energy or what I sometimes refer to as our conditioning or our programming that makes it hard to put ourselves first and to engage in self-care.

So I want you to stay connected to your own body,

Your breath and your energy as I begin to guide you through the energy clearing.

I'll be saying very specific statements and you can repeat the statements after me or you can just simply hear my words as your own.

After each clearing statement,

We'll take a breath in to highlight that energy in your blueprint and then we'll breathe out to delete that energy to let it go.

So the first statement is I clear now my habits,

Behaviors,

Trainings and patterns of sabotaging my physical,

Emotional and spiritual health,

Wealth and happiness.

So take a nice deep breath in highlighting within your blueprint all of your habits,

Your behaviors,

Trainings and patterns that sabotage your well-being.

You want to breathe in deeply and then exhale through an open mouth.

Breathe that energy out.

Imagine that energy going into an imaginary garbage can or compost pile,

Something that symbolizes to you that you are releasing it,

That you're done with it.

Here is our next statement.

I clear now all of the rules that say I'm not allowed to take care of myself.

I'm not allowed to put myself first.

I'm not allowed to engage in self-care.

I'm not allowed to focus upon myself and schedule activities that support my overall well-being.

I release and let go of these rules.

They are not serving me.

So again,

Just take a nice deep breath in.

Opening yourself,

Highlighting all of these rules that make self-care difficult for you and then just breathe out that energy.

And moving on,

I clear now my fear that says if I focus upon myself and invest in self-care rather than focusing on other people,

I'm being a bad person and therefore something bad will happen as a result.

Let's release and let go of that fear.

Take a nice deep breath in.

Breathe it out.

For many of us,

We've been conditioned to take care of other people,

Oftentimes at our own expense.

So we'll let go of that fear and moving on.

I clear now the illusion that I'm unworthy of being taken care of and the false beliefs that say I don't matter,

I'm not good enough,

Nobody cares about me,

My needs,

Wants,

And desires aren't important,

And it doesn't matter if I'm taken care of or not.

I release and let go of all of this negative energy.

It's not true.

It doesn't serve me.

So take a nice full breath in,

Breathing out,

Letting go of all of those beliefs,

Saying you don't matter,

That your needs,

Wants,

And desires don't matter.

Let those go.

I clear now all of the blockages and barriers to making healthy choices that serve in my highest and best interest and align with my desires for myself and my life.

Breathe in,

Highlighting those blockages,

Those barriers,

Keeping you from making healthy choices and breathe them out.

I clear now the negative energy that persuades and convinces me to make poor choices that sabotage my health,

Wealth,

And happiness,

And make it difficult to uplift myself and my life.

Again,

Breathe in,

Swooping up all of that negative energy active inside of you that convinces you to make poor choices.

Breathe it out,

Let it go.

I clear now the blockages and barriers keeping me from feeling good when I prioritize me and my needs,

Wants,

And desires.

I release and let go of these blockages and barriers.

You're not serving me.

So again,

Take a breath in,

Breathe out,

Let go.

We want to feel good when we take positive actions in our lives.

All right,

Here is our next statement.

I clear now the blockages and barriers keeping me from having my own back when it comes to taking care of myself,

Being my own best personal coach or positive cheerleader.

So I stay motivated and feel inspired to keep putting myself first and prioritizing my health and wellbeing because it matters and I matter.

So take a nice deep breath in lifting any blockages and barriers,

Keeping you from being your own best personal coach,

Keeping you from encouraging yourself to take positive actions for your wellbeing,

Keeping you from engaging in self care.

All right,

Great work with those clearing statements.

So now we're going to activate some energy.

We're going to activate specifically positive energy.

When we activate energy,

We're literally turning up the volume on what's already within us and allowing that energy to just come more online.

We can also activate our connection to the positive forces of the universe,

To positive energy outside of us so that we can draw that energy in so that we can relate to it and so that we can use it in our highest and best interest.

And we'll do this in a very similar way with very specific statements beginning with this one.

I activate now the unlimited positive forces of the universe to fill me up from head to toes so I can be healthy,

Wealthy and happy in all aspects of my life.

So breathe in,

Activating your connection with the positive forces of the universe.

And as you breathe out,

Imagine through this connection you are receiving these forces,

These energies from the universe that help you feel good,

That help you be healthy.

I activate now my commitment to myself,

To investing in and prioritizing my health,

My wealth and my happiness.

So take a full breath in,

Activating this energetic commitment,

You could even call it a contract with yourself to prioritize you,

To prioritize your health and well-being.

You breathe out,

Just allow that commitment to become stronger inside of you,

Brighter inside of you.

All right,

I activate now my innate self-worth so I can know without doubt at all times that I am deserving of everything I need,

Want and desire for myself and for my life.

So take a nice full breath in,

Activating,

Turning up the volume on your innate self-worth.

You are worthy just for being here.

But we often forget that and when we feel unworthy,

We may not invest in ourselves,

We may not believe we deserve it.

All right,

This is our last activation.

I activate now self-love because I deserve to be loved first and foremost by myself,

Which then leads to being able to receive abundant love from the universe.

So take a full breath in,

Activating self-love,

Activating so much love for yourself,

Which then leads to receiving love from the universe.

So breathe,

Breathe,

Breathe here.

Feeling that sense of love growing inside of you.

Beautiful work.

Now simply just breathe and again feel how your whole body is inhaling,

Your whole body is exhaling.

Letting your energy integrate this clearing and activation.

And then let's ground this experience,

Grounding our energy to make this real.

So take your attention all the way down through your body to the foundation of your body,

Whatever is in contact with the floor beneath you.

And then drop down into the floor with your awareness and reach towards the earth and imagine your energy growing roots down deep into the center of the earth,

Letting this new energetic alignment within you be anchored into the earth,

Into your body fully,

Into this moment,

Into reality.

You deserve to be cared for,

You deserve all that you need,

Want and desire.

You deserve to take actions in your life that serve in your highest and best interest when you are well cared for,

The entire world benefits.

Now let your awareness spread back out to your whole body and take one last breath here,

Breathing in through the nose and just side out through an open mouth.
