Hello,
Welcome to this intention setting meditation.
So go ahead and have a seat and make sure that you're really comfortable.
And begin to relax your body into this position and make a connection with your breath.
Just feel the breath flowing in with ease and feel the breath flowing out with ease.
And notice your jaw,
If there's tension in your jaw,
Let that go and just relax your mouth completely.
Soften the muscles surrounding your eyes and feel your shoulders completely dropping down away from your ears.
Invite your breath in a little bit deeper down into the space of your belly and settle all the way down into your seat and feel your legs and your feet.
And begin to sense the floor beneath you and the earth beneath the floor.
I want you to let your body really feel the support beneath it.
And maybe you can,
As you kind of lean into the floor,
You can feel your body beginning to let go even more.
Now place your hands right over your heart center and begin to breathe directly into the space.
Stay connected to this heart space as you begin to create a clear intention for yourself.
And this intention can be something that you hold for the rest of your day today,
Maybe it's going to carry you throughout the rest of your week,
Or maybe it's just an intention that you want to hold for your entire life right now.
Intent can be an uplifting statement that you want to embody.
It can be a wish,
A prayer,
Or even a request for help with something to the universe.
So as the words come together in your mind,
State them silently or out loud three times.
And as you say your intention,
Feel as though you're speaking it directly to your heart,
But also to the universe.
You want to speak your intention to every cell in your body,
To the bones of your body.
Great.
Now notice how you feel on the inside with that intention alive and flowing throughout your inner body and into the universe.
See if you can find a good feeling someplace inside of you.
It could be in your pinky finger,
Maybe it's a warmth in your heart,
Or a settled feeling in your belly.
Find a good feeling and begin to take in that feeling.
Simply receive it.
As you breathe in,
Receiving that good feeling even more,
Along with the essence of your intention.
If possible,
See if you can let that good feeling build a little and expand even out into as much of your body as possible.
Take a full breath in,
Complete breath out,
Just marinating in these good vibes,
Marinating in the essence of your intention that you are inviting into your life,
Your day.
And then just bring your palms to press right at the front of your chest in gratitude,
Sealing in your meditation practice,
Sealing in your intention,
And sealing in this good feeling that is available to you at any time.
So if you feel a little off today,
Come back to this memory,
Come back to this meditation if you need to,
And reconnect to what feels good.
