Hello and welcome to this guided meditation to awaken your divine feminine energy by activating the planet Venus.
Venus is the brightest planet in the night sky and through this planet we can awaken our unique divine feminine energy.
This energy exists in all beings,
No matter their gender,
And by activating it we can amplify the Venusian qualities of love,
Beauty,
Pleasure,
Creativity,
Romance,
And opulence.
So let's dive into the practice.
You can sit or lie down however you feel most comfortable and if you'd like you can close your eyes and begin to slow down your breath and begin to invite your breath and your body to soften.
Letting go of any tension or holding in your muscles and feeling how as your body softens your breath can expand and flow through more and more of your body.
And through this soft state that you are cultivating,
Begin to feel your divine feminine emerging,
Arising from within.
Notice your breath,
Breathing in slowly and softly and breathing out completely.
And begin to imagine a beautiful shimmering planet floating in the sky up above you.
This is Venus,
The planet of love,
Beauty,
And harmony.
Notice the color of light emanating off of it,
Notice its texture,
And notice its softness.
Let yourself be drawn towards Venus and at the same time feel as though Venus is radiating its energy out towards you.
Make a connection with Venus and feel yourself becoming engulfed entirely by its soft,
Shimmering glow.
And notice how Venus feels to you.
How does it feel to be touched by this planet's energy?
Now begin to imagine and feel Venus's energy flowing directly into your heart.
As you breathe in,
You can imagine the energy pouring in even more.
And as it does,
Feel the divine feminine awakening fully within.
This is the part of you that is receptive,
Creative,
Wild,
And untamed.
This is the part of you that is beautiful,
Radiant,
Sensual,
Intuitive,
And magnetic.
Allow these qualities to be deeply infused into your heart,
Both on the energetic level and the physical level.
And allow this divine feminine energy to overflow into the rest of your body.
Imagine it being delivered to every cell as your heart pumps freshly oxygenated blood out into the body.
Receive this energy and feel your love for yourself growing stronger and stronger as you fully embody the divine feminine within.
Continue to receive this divine feminine activation and remember your connection to the planet Venus.
And ask yourself,
What does my divine feminine energy want me to know?
What messages does Venus have for me?
How do I want to express this energy in my life,
In my relationships?
How do I want to express it through my creativity?
And how can I use this energy to invite more beauty and harmony and pleasure into my day?
Take a few moments to contemplate these questions and to simply be present with this transformative energy of Venus and the divine feminine within you.
Now bring your awareness back to your breath and give a little wiggle to your fingers and toes.
Feeling the bones of your body and letting this vibrant energy that you awakened inside of you to be anchored fully into your physical body and into the earth.
Grounding yourself through your bones into the earth.
