Amy has been practising yoga for over 19 years. Inspired by its profound impact on her life, she became a certified instructor with over 800 hours of training. Amy completed intensive training in India, focusing on asana, pranayama, meditation, and sound healing. Holding a degree in Psychology and specialised training in Yoga and mental health, Amy is passionate about applying yoga principles to everyday life. As a former Lawyer, she is dedicated to helping busy professionals find space and stillness. Her classes are encouraging and playful, emphasising alignment and listening to one's body. Amy aims to create a welcoming and connected environment, ensuring students feel at ease and accomplished.
