Amrith Sudhakaran

Amrith is a teacher of inner work and self-inquiry. At the core of his work is the experience that love is always present—though often hidden beneath the noise of our thoughts and emotions. Through guided enquiry, Amrith helps people gently soften emotional tension and calm the mind, bringing the nurturing presence of love to the foreground. This work is for anyone who feels weighed down by emotional heaviness, caught in overthinking, or disconnected from themselves in the rush of daily life. If you often feel anxious, restless, overwhelmed, or simply numb, this gentle practice invites you back to a quiet space within—one that’s already whole and at ease. The framework Amrith now shares began with a simple, spontaneous question: "Is there a good enough reason to withhold love right now?" To his surprise, just sitting with that question brought a profound shift—a sense of ease and openness. He kept returning to it, and over time, more questions naturally emerged. As he began exploring this with others, the questions came together as a practical approach he now calls Living into Freedom and Ease from Love—which uses sequences of simple yes/no questions to gently guide individuals toward emotional freedom, mental clarity, and effortless ease. Amrith invites you to explore this path of transformation for yourself, discovering the peace and freedom that await when love is allowed to flow through all aspects of life.
