Find a comfortable and cozy place to sit.
Gently place your hands over your arms or on your heart.
Allow your body to softly sway back and forth,
Releasing tension and stuck energy.
Breathe in a peaceful,
Easy rhythm.
Invite in calm.
Invite in safety.
Invite in love.
Relax your hands back into your lap or at your side.
Imagine a beautiful golden light inside of your heart.
Allow this light to expand and travel throughout your soul,
Clearing away all distortions,
Returning every cell into perfect balance and peace,
Until your entire being is filled with a gentle,
Pure light.
You are safe.
You are grounded.
You are free.
You are worthy.
You are guided.
You belong.
You are goodness.
You are kindness.
You are love.
The light inside of you is a power you can draw on whenever you feel lost,
Overwhelmed,
Or afraid.
Your calm and steady breath is the healing river that will guide you back home.
