Transcript

Sitting up or lying down,

Allow yourself to find a space where you can fully relax undisturbed for the remainder of this meditation.

Gently closing down your eyes now.

This meditation is designed to help you feel the most relaxed you've felt in a long time.

In this meditation,

You will briefly become aware of where you're holding on to tension in your body or feeling stressed in life to then rediscover just how relaxed you can feel and feel a true inner peace to help you in your life.

You will also be able to access a powerful resource to bring back these feelings of peace whenever you need.

And as you're beginning to settle into this comfortable space,

Take a deep breath in because your unconscious mind is always listening and remembering and holds memory of the deepest most relaxed state you've ever been in before.

Means you can feel that at any time now.

As you're becoming aware of your body now,

Take another deep breath in and out,

Blowing out all stress and tension in your body.

You can listen to the sound of my voice which lets you know you are safe and that you can feel so relaxed as I go with you.

Any other sounds around you can fade into the background of your awareness.

If you need to awaken during this process,

You will do so with all of the awareness and resources that you need.

And now,

On this next inhale,

Allow yourself to tense up every muscle in your body and hold it.

That's right.

Feeling just how much you are in control of how much you can tense your body.

Breathing out,

Releasing all that tension,

Feeling so relaxed now because you know you can.

And because you've now realized you're in control of how tense you can make yourself feel,

That means you can control just how relaxed you're about to feel in this meditation and at any time you need it beyond here in the future.

And as you've started to relax deeper already through the power of your own mind,

You can begin to feel at peace knowing you're about to relax your mind even more.

And now,

Breathing deeply into your belly and out,

Noticing where you place your awareness is where you can direct the feeling of relaxation in your body.

And as you've started to feel better through the words I say,

You can allow your unconscious mind to listen even closer and all suggestions I say that feel good can integrate within you in a way that feels best for you.

And in a moment,

I'm going to say the word sleep,

But you won't actually go to sleep.

You will stay awake and it will be a signal to your unconscious mind to relax so deeply to that state where you're almost asleep,

But not quite all the way.

Because when I say sleep,

You can allow your body to gently relax even deeper the more times I say it.

And taking a deep breath in and out and sleep,

Sleep,

Sleep,

Going even deeper.

That's right.

Relaxing so deeply,

Noticing the flickering of your eyelids and how they just want to relax so deeply because you as it feels natural now feels like to relax,

Sleep.

And as you're drifting deeper and deeper,

Your body and mind can relax as you go to this place within you that feels so calm,

Almost like a gentle wave of energy that holds this calm feeling simply washes over you from your head all the way down to your fingers and toes.

Because you can,

Because you're drifting deeper now,

That means your body is feeling heavier and heavier in the best way possible.

And that peace of mind can only allow you to feel even more relaxed little areas holding tension in your body simply melt away as you feel this wave of relaxing energy continue to flow and spread evenly through your body.

The parts of your body that feel the most relaxed can naturally teach other parts of your body to feel this relaxed too.

And as your whole body is now feeling this deeper state of relaxation,

That means you can naturally allow your mind to drift along with the words I say because it feels easy.

And as you unconsciously know that each breath you take allows you to relax even more,

Your breath is an anchor for deep relaxation,

Beginning to feel means that it can flow easily now which lets you know you are calm.

And because you're listening to the words I say,

You can allow yourself to take on these words as if they are your own,

Enabling yourself to arrive at an easier state of relaxation that you can bring with you everywhere aside from now,

You can already start to know where you can feel this relaxed.

And as you notice your belly rising and falling so effortlessly,

You can know that your body has a softness in this state and that your most relaxed state is where you can think and feel the most clearly in all situations outside of here,

That you unconsciously can begin to relax,

To create a new strategy for finding inner peace,

Such as in stressful moments where you want to feel calm,

Relaxed and centered,

You know you can take a deep breath in and remember this feeling of relaxation anchored in your body.

And now,

Our unconscious mind communicates to us in the form of symbols and metaphors just like dreams and helpful messages and resources can be discovered that can allow us to understand ourselves at a deeper level.

And in a moment when I count down from five to one,

You're going to become aware of a safe place from within your mind that is almost like a control room that holds a dial that you can shift regarding your level of inner peace.

And as you're already starting to filter for this special place within you,

When I count down to one,

You will naturally arrive in this place and curiously take a look around because you know it is within you.

Five beginning to access this place.

Four going there now within your mind.

Three so safe and guided to this place.

Two going there now.

And one.

And as you're here now in this special control room of your mind,

You can begin to notice what you see here because it's easy to visualize this in your mind.

And as you're noticing this place,

You may sense a feeling of familiarity about it.

And things may not seem very clear to begin with,

But you can begin to notice this place is starting to become clearer the more you search and navigate for detail.

And now you can notice in a way that feels best for you.

There is some sort of dial in front of you that is clearly labeled inner peace.

You can begin to notice the more you try that without judgment,

But with an open curiosity,

Exactly where the dial is currently pointed.

And in a moment,

You're going to move this dial to the exact place you feel is best for you,

Knowing that when you move the dial,

Your thoughts and feelings will easily shift with it.

Feeling at peace.

And your unconscious mind already has a blueprint for how you think,

Feel and act in all areas of your life,

All times and places everywhere beyond here.

You know exactly how it is you can feel a loving inner peace about yourself and your life in many ways and for any problems you may be currently experiencing.

And as you've started to notice this peaceful feeling,

You'd like to feel more of within you and the many areas it can apply.

You can move this dial up to the exact place you feel is best for you now.

That's right.

And as you're moving this dial,

You can begin to naturally feel a rush of peace flow through your body now washing away any leftover stress or tension and releasing all self doubts,

Fears,

Anger,

Sadness,

Guilt,

Regrets,

Diminishing thoughts about yourself,

Releasing and any other perspective about your life that will holding you back from feeling at peace where you are here right now.

That's right.

And as this calming peaceful wave is moving through your body,

You can allow your body to do what it needs to do.

And you can begin to feel so much lighter and at ease with yourself and your body can begin to feel so at peace because your mind is at peace and you're beginning to feel this sense of peace flow through your whole body naturally.

And if there are any feelings or thoughts that are still left to shift and release,

I wonder what it is you haven't realized yet.

Your unconscious mind already knows exactly how you can feel even more at peace within yourself,

That whatever is holding you back from feeling truly peaceful within yourself now and in a way that feels safe and easy for you to understand and integrate.

And as this inner message is presenting itself to you,

You can begin to understand it clearer and fully let go of anything you are ready to let go of at an unconscious level now.

And letting this peaceful feeling wash over you gently,

Bringing you back to that place of inner peace and with additional love and gratitude for yourself and others.

And as that has naturally happened,

You can know that you're beginning to feel so much more at ease in your life every day and this rush of peace,

This level that has always been within you is now turned up in this special control room,

Which means you know this feeling of peace can stay with you everywhere outside of here.

That at all times where you need it,

Your unconscious mind can know to turn up this dial within you to come back to this state of inner peace.

Your whole body can feel a warm sense of comfort,

Ease,

Joy,

Gratitude and peace for yourself and your life circumstances in the best way possible for you.

Take another moment to feel this sense of relaxation and peace flow through each part of your body from your head all the way down to your shoulders,

Hands,

Your belly and the lower back,

Your knees and all the way down to your feet.

Now you can allow yourself to know that you can return to this place with these calming feelings within you at any moment you need to.

Come back to this meditation whenever you feel and in the moment when I count from one to five,

You're going to come back to your body feeling so at ease within yourself and your life.

And as you come back,

You can do so at the rate and speed that your unconscious mind can allow you to feel peaceful where you are taking with you all learnings and new useful suggestions because it's easy to do.

And one drifting your awareness back to your body to coming back now coming all the way back three noticing your fingers and toes feeling lighter now getting to move your fingers and for beginning to move your eyelids and your forehead coming back to now feeling so rejuvenated like you've come out of a deep restful sleep and coming all the way back now five fully back into your body feeling amazing and at peace and you can choose to keep your eyes closed and hold this feeling even longer or begin to gently open your eyes noticing a peaceful smile forms on your face lingers for the rest of your day and that this feeling holds for the rest of your day and can hold for as long as you please as if each cell in your body you can bring it back whenever you need because you know just how easy it is to do so peacefully now and with absolute love and gratitude from my heart I hope you have a peaceful day.
