And as you're lying down with your eyes closed now means you're speaking to your body letting it know you're ready to bring your thoughts to a pause and your body to sleep.
As you notice the weight of your body on your bed your body begins to settle in by stretching out areas of tension with your awareness and breath.
As you breathe in your shoulders feel warm as they roll back and send a soothing sensation down your back.
As you relax deeper now your feet begin to wriggle out those last stretches of the day as they leave the day to rest where they last walked.
And as they're sinking into the soft bed beneath you that means your feet and legs are beginning to feel heavy just like that deeply relaxing feeling after a massage.
But you don't want to get up because you feel so relaxed you just want to rest there with your eyes closed and drift into a deep sleep.
Your legs and arms feel heavy on the bed beneath you as they sink deeper with each breath out as if with each exhale you melt into the soft sheet supporting you.
They're hugging you like a warm gentle embrace cocooning your back and shoulders as you allow them to hold you as you relax into them.
And as you're relaxing effortlessly now your jaw begins to relax the tension of the day away because that means you're ready to drift to sleep.
And as you notice your eyelids they may start to flicker as they prepare themselves to hug your eyes all night just like a warm blanket hugs your body.
As you relax into your deep sleep your forehead tenses momentarily before it relaxes and you can feel the mental tension of the day relax with it too.
And as your neck begins to melt deeper into the pillow beneath you you feel its warm hug too meaning you're ready to let go and relax fully now.
The clouds of thoughts floating in your head start to naturally organize themselves as they know it's time to sleep.
So they begin softening and clearing away as tonight is a clear night.
The clouds gently swirl around your mind and your head as you feel cleansed in the process just as you relax deeper now.
As the clouds have now slowed down and cleared away into a crystal clear starry night that means your mind and body are feeling that clear feeling too.
Which means you're softening into this clear sleep just as the stars in the night sky can guide you in the right direction when you need.
The crystal clear in your head with a few twinkling stars guide you into the path of this deep comfortable sleep.
Feeling good as you are guided there now and because you're feeling clear and relaxed that means you're drifting into your deepest relaxing sleep now.
And as these words fade into the background of your awareness your body softens into sleep as you let go because you're deeply relaxed now.
And the more you breathe gently now the deeper you sleep.
Which means you're asleep because your mind is clear and your body is relaxed.
And as you've let go you feel the deep sleep arrive now and deeper and deeper now.
And as you're asleep now your body and mind reset and rest naturally.
