Relax into this simple daily meditation - 12 minute version. Listen to guided words focusing on your breath with the intention of feeling satisfaction. Satisfaction encompasses feelings of enjoyment, achievement and a sense of fulfilment. We warm our soul when we feel satisfaction each day, starting with ourselves first.

Begin in a comfortable space,

Close down your eyes knowing you're about to relax into a calm feeling of satisfaction.

As you listen to this meditation you can allow yourself to let go of any stress or tension in your body,

Leaving the day that's passed outside this space as you gently cocoon into you now and the more you breathe the more you can release built-up stress or tension in your body.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose and out your mouth and notice how you're beginning to relax already.

Deep breath in and out and with each breath out you can feel yesterday simply melt away.

In and out,

In and out,

Feeling even more relaxed now.

And on the next breath breathe in through your nose all the way down to your belly,

Holding the breath for a count of four at the top and deeply breathing out your mouth as all that stress flows away.

Breathing in your nose and out your mouth,

Breathing in your nose and out your mouth,

Rolling your shoulders back,

Straightening your spine.

Begin to open your airways even more.

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

And on each inhale you're beginning to bring back more energy into your body,

Filling your lungs with fresh air,

Breathing in fresh air and breathing out.

Breathing deeply into your belly now through your nose and notice on each exhale your stomach is beginning to feel lighter and more calm.

And as you breathe into your stomach all frustrations of your day just float away.

Because your body knows exactly what to do to let out any build-up in your body.

You can just breathe and let go because your body knows what to do.

Bring your breath back to a normal resting breath now.

Bring your awareness to the feeling of satisfaction.

Satisfaction encompasses many emotions and it's an expansive state to be in.

To be satisfied is to have fulfilled a desire and it comes along with the feeling of pleasure,

Enjoyment,

Gratitude or a sense of achievement.

It's like a long breath out.

Breathe in the feeling of satisfaction into your body and let it float around.

Notice it swirl and move within you.

Feel the enjoyment of it and breathing it out now.

And on each exhale your sense of fulfillment grows.

Breathing in satisfaction,

Breathing out satisfaction,

In and out.

Notice the colors and images that accompany this satisfaction.

And for the next few minutes continue breathing in and out this good feeling of satisfaction.

Breathing in satisfaction,

Breathing out satisfaction on your own time.

I'll chime back in with this sound toward the end.

Breathing in and out satisfaction at a normal resting pace on your own now.

Breathing in satisfaction,

Breathing out satisfaction.

Noticing these good feelings in your body and how good you feel now.
