Finding a comfortable space,
Getting nice and comfortable and closing down your eyes knowing you're about to have a full body reset and as you listen to this meditation you can allow yourself to let go of any stress or tension in your body.
Leaving the day that's passed out the door and gently closing it shut and the more you breathe the more you can release built up stress,
Carbon dioxide and toxins in your body.
So oxygen promotes the creation of white blood cells and every time you inhale your lungs fill with oxygen it gets transported into your blood through our other detoxing organs including the lymphatic system,
Kidneys and the colon.
The more oxygen you breathe now the more white blood cells are rapidly being created and you know your body is already detoxing all your organs with each breath bringing more life into your being now and as you relax your body can begin to bring back more energy strengthening a healthy immune system.
Now take a deep breath in through your mouth and out.
That's right and notice how you're beginning to relax already again a deep breath in through your mouth and out and with each breath out you can feel the build up of your day simply release in and out,
In and out.
Feeling even more relaxed now and on the next breath breathe in through your nose all the way down to your belly holding the breath for a count of four at the top and deeply breathing out your mouth as all that stress flows away,
Breathing in your nose and out your mouth.
That's right rolling your shoulders back now and straightening your spine opening your airways even more,
Breathing in and out and in and out and on each inhale you're beginning to bring back more energy into your body filling your lungs with fresh clean air visualizing a white light flowing into your mouth down your throat and into your lungs rejuvenating all the cells in your body.
Breathing fresh air in and out all the toxins,
Stress and carbon dioxide.
Noticing how calm you're beginning to feel as each breath arrives and because you're breathing out that means you can relax even deeper coming back to your body's natural healthy state.
Breathing deeply into your belly now through your nose and notice on each exhale your stomach is beginning to feel lighter and more calm and as you breathe into your stomach and out all frustrations of the day simply float away and now you're beginning to feel even more calm and centered.
That's right because your body knows exactly what to do to let out any buildup in your body.
Breathing into your chest now and notice the uplifting feeling you get as you breathe into this space and the more you breathe into your chest the more energized you feel.
Breathing in and breathing out bringing your breath back to a normal resting breath now notice how in the past your body has healed cuts and bruises as it's a natural function just like how your airways are naturally clearing right now and will continue to do so each day.
Inhale and exhale just naturally.
And with each breath you know you're building a strong immune system because your body is listening listening to your intention of having a healthy body and mind and as you now allow yourself to visualize how your body would feel being in optimal health your mind and body can learn how to be this now and the more you hold this feeling and visualization of health the more you are already being it.
Noticing your breath in and out and the sensations in your body simply relaxing as you breathe more energy into your lungs all your organs your cells your body.
And each day you know you're getting healthier and healthier that's right because it's natural isn't it?
And as you've unconsciously linked all these things now you can feel more energized with clearer airways breathing in clear healthy air now and out and you can think and feel differently now because you're feeling more calm in this parasympathetic state and with each breath you take from now on you know you can feel even more calm meaning you can feel this now and in the future where you need it and your unconscious mind can now fully detox your body with each breath bringing you back to a fully healthy state of being taking a deep breath in noticing how clear your airways are now and you know you are more healthy and more energized now.
Gently noticing your eyelids now knowing that when you open your eyes a feeling of gratitude can flow outwards to your whole body and your whole life now and opening your eyes now putting a smile on your face knowing this feeling of gratitude will linger for the rest of the day.
