Begin in a comfortable space.

Close down your eyes knowing you're about to relax into a calm feeling of satisfaction.

As you listen to this meditation you can allow yourself to let go of any stress or tension in your body.

Leaving the day that's passed outside this space as you gently cocoon into you now.

And the more you breathe the more you can release built-up stress or tension in your body.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose and out your mouth and notice how you're beginning to relax already.

Deep breath in and out and with each breath out you can feel yesterday simply melt away.

In and out and on the next breath breathe in through your nose all the way down to your belly holding the breath for a count of four at the top and deeply breathing out your mouth as all that stress flows away.

Bringing your breath back to a normal resting breath now.

Bring your awareness to the feeling of satisfaction.

Satisfaction encompasses many emotions and it's an expansive state to be in.

To be satisfied is to have fulfilled desire and it comes along with the feeling of pleasure,

Enjoyment,

Gratitude or a sense of achievement.

It's like a long breath out.

Breathe in the feeling of satisfaction into your body.

Let it float around.

Notice it swirl and move within you.

Feel the enjoyment of it and breathing it out now and on each exhale your sense of fulfillment grows.

Breathing in satisfaction.

Breathing out satisfaction.

In and out.

Continue breathing in and out this good feeling of satisfaction.

Breathing in satisfaction.

Breathing out satisfaction on your own time.

Noticing these good feelings in your body and how good you feel now.

May you bring more satisfaction into your life through these good feelings.
