We'll focus on Manipura chakra,
The golden city,
The element of fire.
So wherever you are,
Let your body relax just a little bit more.
And begin by opening the lower jaw down towards the chest.
By stretching the jaw like this a few times in a row,
You'll find that you can induce a yawn.
And this will magically let stale air out of the bottom of your lungs.
Just notice the shift from doing that,
Relaxing the jaw.
You can even take the tongue and lick the lips,
Moisten the lips.
This is also a relaxing action.
And then to relax the brain function and ease the brain waves,
Open the eyes just slightly so that you're only looking out of the bottom portion.
The eyelids are about three quarters of the way closed.
So you can see some light or shapes from the room around you.
Now with the eyelids in that position,
While breathing in and out through the nose,
Look up as if your eyeballs are looking up at the back of the eyebrows.
And you'll feel the eyelids begin to flutter.
Just let them flutter.
You might even notice you yawn again.
This relaxes the thoughts and allows the alpha waves of the brain to become more prominent.
This is a very good method for getting into the prefrontal cortex of the brain,
Which is also very good for decision making and cognitive skills.
Just breathe and focus on the inside front edges of the nostrils.
And if you feel the eyes have fluttered enough,
They can just slowly close down,
Relaxing the lids.
But stay connected with the breath coming in and out.
And notice the sensations on the front inside edges of the nostrils.
That's right.
Just relax.
Now relax a little bit more.
And then relax completely.
Imagine now sending roots down from the base of the body,
From Muladhara chakra,
Sending them down through the surface where the body is.
Watch as they grow down through the floor,
Through the crust of the earth.
Watch as they go rapidly down into the center of the earth.
And there in the center of the earth,
Feel the warmth,
The molten moving energy of our great planet.
And let your roots draw up that molten warm energy.
Feel it come up all the way into the base of you.
And now draw up through Svaristhana chakra,
The second chakra,
The incredible infinite lake.
And then draw it up into the top of the belly.
Feel the warmth as it floods the top of the belly.
So we're going to go ahead past and bring it into the heart for right now,
Just into the center of the heart space,
In the center of the chest.
And let that warmth circulate around.
Let the awareness go down to the center of the earth and watch each inhalation bringing that warmth and that supportive energy up into you.
Let it mingle in that heart space.
And while maintaining that,
On the exhales,
Just let go anything that's not serving you,
Anything that's not for your highest good or for the highest good of all,
Just let it go on the exhales.
While maintaining this connection on inhaling and exhaling,
Let yourself fly magically above you,
Up out through the top of your head,
Out through the ceiling,
And out into the sky,
At least 300 feet above you.
This is the area of love.
If you want to go higher,
You can.
Anything above is love and above.
Find a hovering spot and then imagine you're like the sun and beam down light,
Down,
Down through the roof,
Down through the crown of your head,
And let that love energy come down and commingle in the heart with the energy of the earth.
Watch as it begins to form a bubble.
Notice how multi-dimensional you are.
You can be in more than one place at one time.
Watch as this bubble of love and above energy and warmth and support from the earth begins to expand.
Let it fill the chest area.
And now let it fill the entire body and rapidly begin to expand it.
It's as if it fills the room where you are and then the entire building.
Let it fill your block.
Let it fill your town.
Let it expand out and fill the state where you are.
Let it go even further.
It begins to go into the surrounding waters.
It fills the entire country until you have now completely encircled the earth in the same energy and all of our energies are intermingling.
You can even take it further if you like,
Wherever it's comfortable.
Notice how centered and grounded you feel right now.
Notice how relaxed you are.
Notice how peaceful you are.
You can maintain all of those contacts and connections and now focus back on the breath coming in and out.
And notice the quality of air across the inside front edges of the nostrils.
You are a powerful being.
You made a most incredible choice before coming into a physical body that you are already willing and able to come and experience evolution through a physical body in this lifetime.
And it was as if you won the lottery because there were many others who could have benefited from the same family,
The same location,
The same people in contact.
And you won.
You won this incredible opportunity.
Be grateful.
The most powerful way to function is not through choice but in choiceless awareness.
When we are in the witness state,
When we are watching,
Observing,
We can get out of our own way.
This is the state of choiceless awareness.
This is the most powerful place to be.
The Manipura Chakra is often seen as a golden city.
Imagine a sparkling golden city gleaming after a gentle rain.
Imagine golden light breathing in and out with each of the breaths that the physical body takes.
Imagine a sparkling golden light breathing in and out with each of the breaths that the physical body takes.
Imagine a sparkling golden light breathing in and out with each of the breaths that the physical body takes.
Hear my words as if your own voice inside.
I am power.
I am discernment.
I am choiceless awareness.
I am spark of intuition.
I am cleansing flame.
I am goodness.
I am biomass.
Notice the energy riding on the breath.
Feel the gentle movement of energy seemingly inside and all around you.
You have the ability to connect into this anytime you want.
Anytime you're faced with making a decision,
All you have to remember is to simply close your eyes,
Straighten up the spine,
Focus on the breath coming in and out through the nose.
Relax.
And you'll be guided in the right direction to perfection.
Relax.
Wherever in the world you are,
Whatever time of day or night it is,
You'll take this incredible soothing feeling with you and notice how much happier you are.

Feeling the subtle power of love and support from the earth and the cosmos.
