Get your body into a comfortable position.
Let yourself feel completely supported by the surface you're on.
Close your eyes and turn your awareness to the breath,
Noticing the air as it comes in and out through the nose.
Now focus on the front inside edges of the nostrils and notice the quality of air,
How it's cooler on the inhalation and it seems to disappear upon the exhales.
Let yourself float in this awareness.
Now begin to lengthen the exhalation,
Allowing the belly to draw in,
Pushing all the air out from the lungs as you exhale and then taking a long luscious deep breath in.
Let this repeat,
Exhaling slowly and then inhaling even longer,
Filling the lungs.
Now pause with the air in and then as you exhale,
Drawing the belly in one more time,
Hold the air out.
Continue on breathing in this way,
Pausing at the top of the breath and then again after the exhalations at the bottom of each breath.
Simply by focusing on the breath in this way,
We can quiet the mind.
Now draw the attention to the bottoms of the feet.
Imagine that you're breathing in and out through the bottoms of the feet.
That's right.
It's as if your feet are breathing.
Allow each inhalation to draw golden light into the body and flood it into every corner and curve.
As you exhale,
Let go of everything that no longer serves you and your higher purpose.
Continue breathing in this way and either allow yourself to drift into a quiet,
Silent meditative state or if you were just taking a quick break with me,
Allow your eyes to slowly blink open and find yourself back in your world fully refreshed,
Ready to accomplish greatness with ease and grace full of happiness.
