Welcome.

Find your way into a seated position.

I like to sit up onto a block,

A blanket,

Or a bolster,

And allow the hips to come up higher than the knees.

Once you take your seat,

Cross one ankle in front of the other.

Bring your fingertips back behind your body,

Lift your hips up,

And settle your sitting bones back down into the earth.

Begin to take your seat.

Place your hands onto your thighs,

Palms face down,

Elbows relaxed back by the ribcage.

Lift your heart to the sky as you tuck your chin slightly,

Lengthen and elongate through your neck.

Settle into your legs,

Into your hips.

Align your shoulders over the hips.

Let your arms relax,

Your face muscles soften.

Draw your chin towards your chest slightly as you gaze towards the tip of your nose and allow your eyes to close.

Settle into your seat.

Soften into a place of stillness as you shift your awareness down into the pelvis.

Consider your pelvis like a bowl of water.

As you breathe down into your pelvis,

Bring your awareness to the sexual organs,

The energy center of your sacral chakra,

The energy center of creativity.

Literally where we all came from.

The physical manifestation of creativity.

If you relate to colors,

Imagine your pelvis is the color orange,

A spinning ball of orange energy,

Fluid,

Movie,

Gushy,

Running like water.

Place your hands onto your pubic bone where your hair grows and with awareness direct your breath into the sexual organ.

As you breathe deep into your pelvis,

Deep into the sexual organs,

Use your breath as a symbol of fluidity.

Move in and out of the nose,

Your prana,

Your breath-like force with direction down into your pelvis.

As your hands touch the pubic bone,

Your breath guided to the pelvis area.

I invite you to ask yourself,

What in your life do you want to create?

Where do you want to put your energetic feel of creativity to and towards?

You can keep your hands here on the pubic bone the entire meditation or you feel called to move the hands back onto the thighs,

Do so at any time.

And reflect,

Ask yourself,

What in my life do I want to create?

Where do I want to put my energy of creativity to and towards?

How can a creativity center be directed towards love making,

Baby producing,

Physical manifestation of the sexual organs?

Or that energy can be put into writing a book,

Creating a new habit.

Whatever you desire,

Where you decide to put this energy into,

What do you want to create?

As you connect to the energetic flow of creativity,

Our human nature is to create.

Whether we're creating food,

Ideas,

Planting gardens,

Pictures,

Or making babies,

What do you want to create?

If you feel stuck,

Like the energy here is stagnant,

Imagine a river flowing downstream and you're on your back just floating down the current.

And maybe you notice at times you start to swim upstream and you remind yourself that your nature was to flow,

To paint,

To create.

Create like a child that isn't conditioned for being good enough or perfect.

A child who isn't scared for quote unquote failure,

But rather your rough draft is messy.

The rough draft is allowed to be messy.

Continue to sit tall with your heart high and your awareness within the pelvis as you breathe down into the sacral chakra,

The area of creativity,

The element of water,

Flow,

Fluidity.

Where will you allow the fluidity of your creativity to go?

Where will you direct this energy toward?

You are a conscious creator.

What do you want to create?

If it feels stuck,

If it feels stagnant,

Imagine the water rolling down the river after a heavy rain and you're on your back,

Your legs up,

Your arms out to the side and you just let go.

You flow downstream with the natural current of Mother Nature.

You let go.

What gets you off?

What makes you feel so deep and juicy down in this area?

What will you paint?

What will you draw?

What will you bake?

What will you create with this energy that you have?

Let that continue to be your question deep into your pelvis.

What do I want to create?

Where will I put the energy of creativity?

You are a conscious creator.

You can create anything your heart desires when you're in the flow.

Let that question keep rising from the pelvis,

From the sexual organs.

Where will I put this energy?

Place your hands on the pubic bone if it's not already and repeat with me,

I am a conscious creator.

I am a conscious creator.

I am a conscious creator.

Let the breath flow deep into the pelvis,

Down into the sexual organs and reflect what gets you off,

What gets you excited.

Where will you put this joy?

May your creativity,

Your energetic field here within the pelvis flow as you connect to what your heart desires to create in this life.

Sit for as long as you need.

Breathe deep into this area and when it gets stuck,

When it gets stagnant,

Throw your feet up into the river,

Your arms to the side and let it flow downstream.
