Welcome.
Find your way into a comfortable seated position,
Preferably up onto a bolster,
A blanket,
Or a block which will elevate your hips higher than your knees.
Align one ankle in front of the other.
Place your hands onto your thighs,
Palms face down.
Settle your legs,
Sitting bones down into the earth.
Align your shoulders up over your hips.
As you lengthen through the side body,
Lift your heart.
Slightly tuck your chin in towards your chest as you move your head back.
Maintain an impeccable seat.
Draw your gaze towards your nose and close your eyes.
Bring the awareness to your breath.
Breathe in and out of your nose.
Stay strong in your foundation and in your posture.
Allow your face,
Cheekbones,
Jaw,
And tongue to relax.
Begin to witness and experience your inhale and your exhale breath.
Shift your focus to your third eye center,
The space between your eyebrows.
Look into your third eye center.
What do you see?
What do you notice as you look into your third eye?
Continue to gaze into your third eye center and notice what you see.
Do you vision something from the past?
Something you're projecting from the future?
Or perhaps as you gaze into your third eye you see something light or dark?
Notice what you see as you gaze into your third eye center,
The space between your eyebrows.
Do you vision something from the past?
Something you're projecting from the future?
Or perhaps as you gaze into your third eye you see something light or dark?
Notice what you see.
Do you vision something from the past?
Something you're projecting from the future?
As you gaze into your inner library,
Your inner knowing,
Observe what rises for you as you gaze inward.
With your awareness looking into your inner library,
Your inner encyclopedia,
You may chant the mantra,
I know,
I know,
I know.
When your mind shifts and wanders away,
Bring your awareness back to the space between your eyebrows,
The third eye chakra.
Notice what you see as you recite the mantra in your mind to yourself,
I know,
I know,
I know.
Do you vision something from the past?
Something you're projecting from the future?
Or perhaps as you gaze into your inner library,
Your inner knowing,
Observe what rises for you as you gaze into your inner library,
Your inner knowing,
Observe what rises for you as you gaze into your inner library,
Your inner knowing,
Observe what rises for you as you gaze into your inner library,
Your inner knowing,
Observe what you see.
Gaze inward with the mantra,
I know.
When your mind shifts,
Come back,
Gaze inward with the wisdom that you already know,
You already have all that you need inside.
Sit here for as long as you'd like,
Gaze into your third eye with the wisdom,
Embody the inner knowing as you gaze into your third eye chakra.
Gaze inward with the wisdom that you already know,
You already have all that you need inside.
I know,
I know,
I know.
