Good morning.
Welcome to your guided meditation.
As you're ready,
Find a bolster,
A pillow,
Some prop that will help you elevate your hips higher than your knees.
Cross one ankle in front of the other and place your hands onto your thighs just above your knees,
Palms face down.
Align shoulders over the hips.
Activate your core.
Lift your heart up.
Tuck your chin.
Settle into the center as you begin to breathe in and out of your nose.
Without trying to change the breath,
Simply allow the breath in and out of the nose.
It's the beginning of a brand new day.
Allow yourself to arrive into this moment through the awareness of your breath.
It's the beginning of the day.
How do you feel right now?
Physically,
Do you notice any tension or tightness?
Mentally,
Is there a lot going on within your thoughts,
Your mind?
Are those thoughts creating certain emotions?
How do you feel in your heart and the cells of your body?
A moment check in.
What is present for you right now?
With full self-awareness,
What is alive and present for you right now?
Turn your palms to face up.
Release your pointer finger and thumb.
And as you open up to this new day,
How do you want to feel?
Are you ready to let go of any thoughts that are creating feelings inside of you right now that you could prevent by shifting your focus?
Or as you open your palms towards the sky,
Are you open to the day?
Your heart,
Your mind,
Your arms wide open to what this day has to offer you with every inhale open more to a fresh beginning with your arms,
Your mind and your heart wide open.
This day is completely free for you to design however you desire.
May you just continue to open every inhale open,
Open,
Open.
It's the beginning and you can design and create this day.
However you choose,
Continue to walk through this day with an open heart.
