This is not a quiet meditation! Recorded live from a studio in Costa Rica, you will hear birds, voices, cars and motorcycles. If you are looking for quiet and no distractions - this is not for you. However, it is a practice guiding you into your heart to feel the expansion of your heart and the gift it is that your heart beats - that the universe wants you here and that you are so special.

Hello,

Welcome back.

Day 6 of our meditation practice together.

You are doing so good.

Find your way into your seat.

If you feel called to take this meditation practice lying down,

You may do so.

But remember,

You get better by practice.

Posture gets more comfortable the more that you practice sitting.

If you know for you that you benefit most practicing pranayama or meditation after asana,

Make sure you do some movement before you find your seat.

And as you're ready,

Settle into your spot,

Your space.

As you draw the awareness into your breath,

Breathe in and out of your nose.

Allow your physical body to arrive here.

As you bring your awareness to the sound,

What do you hear?

Your awareness comes in a little closer as you feel the expansion of your inhale and the softening of your exhale.

Move in deeper now to your heart.

As you inhale,

Imagine more space in your heart.

Whereas you inhale,

Your capacity to feel love expands.

As you exhale,

Settle into that space of love.

Inhale into your heart space.

As the breath expands your physical body,

What in your life expands your ability to feel love?

A person,

A hobby,

A place.

When you exhale,

Settle into that space of love.

Every inhale expands your ability to feel love.

What does it mean to you to feel love expand?

What does it mean to you to settle into a space of expanding love?

Is expanding into love loving someone even when they do something you don't approve of?

Does expanding love mean to give to a stranger as you would someone you know?

What comes to mind when you imagine love expanding?

How does that feel?

What does it feel like when you're with someone and you think your love is growing?

And as the exhale softens you into that space,

That idea,

That feeling,

What does it mean to you to settle into expanding love?

What does it mean to you to settle into that space of love?

When your mind wanders away,

Bring your awareness back to what allows you to feel expanding love.

What does it mean to you to settle into that space of love?

What does it mean to you to settle into that space of love?

Can expanding love be conditional?

Does expanding love have a limit?

As you inhale and you actually feel the expansion of your breath fill into your heart,

What does expanding love bring you to?

Place your left hand onto your heart and settle into your heart space.

Through feeling your heartbeat,

Settle into your heart.

Settle into a space of the heart where you feel,

Maybe even hear,

The beat of your heart.

Settle into a space of the heart where you feel,

Maybe even hear,

The beat of your heart.

Place your right hand onto your left hand.

Settle deeper,

Let your hands begin to melt into your chest.

How can you continue to expand love in your life?

And from that expanding space,

How can you settle into love that continues to expand?

It has no boundary,

No wall,

No limitation.

Can you settle into this love?

Feel the beat of your heart.

As you feel the beat of your heart,

Remember this is the universe loving you,

Giving you life,

The gift that you are life.

A reminder that you are meant to be here and you are so loved.

The expansion of your love has no boundary,

No limits.

Bring your hands to your heart and to your chest.

Thank you.
