Hi and welcome.

Thank you for joining me tonight as we embark on this guided meditation together.

If it feels good for you,

I invite you to close your eyes now.

Allow yourself to settle in to this present moment.

Just let yourself be guided by your breath.

Let's begin by taking a nice deep inhale through the nose and as you exhale you can sigh out loud if that feels good for you.

Great.

Let's do that again.

Take a deep inhale,

Filling the lungs and the chest with oxygen and as you exhale let the lips part to let the air slowly escape.

Good.

Notice how your body begins to soften and relax.

Just allow your mind to focus on your breath as it enters and leaves the body.

With every breath,

Feel the energy of life flowing through you.

With each inhale,

Breathe in gratitude.

With each exhale,

Feel your whole body relaxing into this moment.

Breathing in,

Feeling gratitude.

Gratitude for every breath,

For every moment on this earth.

Gratitude for every moment.

Gratitude for being alive on this beautiful planet.

Gratitude brings abundance and it helps you bring into your life what you desire.

The more gratitude you feel,

The more good things you will attract into your life and the more blessed and fulfilled you will be.

Let these feelings of gratitude fill you up and overflow beyond you.

Feeling those sensations of gratitude in your heart,

In your chest and in your entire body.

Letting it flow outside of your body,

Illuminating your entire being and spreading to those around you that you love and care for.

And as you visualize yourself,

Your being illuminated by this light of gratitude and abundance,

Now give yourself permission to let go of the day.

Letting go of the good things that have happened.

Letting go of the lessons you have learned.

And then set aside all the things you feel you have to do.

The tasks,

The to-do lists and letting go of anything else that no longer serves you today.

Old thoughts,

Old behaviors,

Old ways of treating ourselves and others.

You can imagine breathing away all these things and just watch them float by further and further like a branch lost in the ocean,

Becoming smaller and smaller as it floats away.

And then when you feel ready.

Simply wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes as we have come to the end of this meditation.

You can choose to continue your gratitude practice or you can choose to end your meditation.

Whatever you desire,

I wish you a wonderful night.
