Before you all go your separate ways this morning, take 3 minutes to hold hands and connect with your family members. This is your home, this is your safe space. Feel the love and gratitude for each other before you go to school and work. Set an intention for the day, feel love in your heart and know that you can handle anything. Bring peace, love and kindness to this day. Anything is possible. Have the best day ever!

Hello and welcome to this out the door family meditation.

Gather all your family members around and get seated in a circle or maybe you're sitting on your sofa.

Wherever you are just get comfortable and everybody hold hands.

Once you're all seated and holding hands just let your shoulders drop and your jaw relax.

Sitting up straight with purpose but just allowing yourself to just relax.

Just allowing yourself to just let go of anything you might be holding on to.

In this moment let's just be still and find that inner peace.

And right now as you're holding hands gently close your eyes and begin to take in a long slow deep inhale all together now all the way in just like you're smelling a big bouquet of beautiful flowers.

Hold it and just gently let it all go release.

You can even blow out gently like you're blowing out birthday candles.

And in this moment just feeling relaxed feeling the connection to your family.

This is your home and as you head out into the day ask yourself how are you going to show up today?

How do you intend to show up?

As you meet other people in the world will you treat them with kindness?

Treat yourself with kindness?

Will you smile?

Will you look for the good and try not to sweat the small stuff?

Just let go of things that are no longer serving you.

Looking for the good in today.

Know that you're capable of anything.

Know that it's up to each one of us to make the most of this day.

It is a good day.

And continuing to hold the hands of your loved one feel connected to this family.

Feeling so grateful for one another.

And as you're each about to go on your way just know you're always in each other's hearts and minds and you'll see each other very soon.

It's going to be an amazing day.

Take another deep breath in all the way in and just let it all go maybe on the sound of ah.

Put a big smile on your face.

Open your eyes and now maybe have a big group family hug.

Big hugs yes.

What an incredible family you have.

And the best day ever.
