Your feet on the ground,
Shoulders relaxed,
Your jaw is unclenched and you're sitting up with purpose,
Strong back,
Open heart.
Breathe into your heart space and every time you exhale,
Imagine as if your brain is melting into your heart and your heart is taking over.
And every time you exhale,
You feel more relaxed and your heart feels more open and more receptive to peace and love and in this space of peace and love,
Acknowledge yourself for being here today for showing up for yourself and if you're here,
You know you're not alone,
You know you're not the only one that feels this way at times,
That feels dysregulated,
That feels off,
That feels stuck,
But here you are showing up for yourself,
Moving forward,
Looking for the light,
Making yourself better because you know you've always been that person with a lot of love to give,
That person who is grateful for everything in your life,
That person who does care,
Who is compassionate.
Here you are making it better,
Even better.
Just allow your heart space to open and just sit for a moment and feel the love and gratitude in your heart for yourself.
Thank your nervous system for keeping you safe.
Thank you.
And gently remind your nervous system that you got this and you're in charge,
Almost as if your higher self is embedded in your heart space right now and your higher self is here and you can be reassured that you are safe and you can let go and that everything is always working out for you.

This is the space that knows.
Nothing to prove.
This is where I just am home.
I'm me.
I get to be me.
This is the space where I am free.
I'm calm.
This is the space where you can smile and dance and feel love and joy and allow yourself to live,
To be,
And to experience.
And that feels good.
Take one more deep breath in and exhale and allowing that heart space to remain open.
Those calm,
Peaceful,
Grateful,
Loving,
Free vibes continue emanating from every cell of your body.
