Good morning.
Welcome to this new day.
Today is your day.
It's a great day.
And this is a very powerful way to start it.
Be very mindful before checking social media or emails and being reactive to the day.
This is a perfect time to start with intention and be proactive and make the decisions and choices that are in alignment with how you want this day to go.
So before we begin,
I invite you to take a deep breath in,
All the way in.
And as you exhale,
Let everything go.
And as you exhale,
Be in awe of the time and space of now.
You are here now.
And today is a clean slate to do things your way.
To show up as your highest self,
A moment in time to take full responsibility for your life.
Commit to being responsible for your choices,
Your actions,
And your situation.
Say to yourself right now,
I am in control of my life.
And I am designing a life that I love.
Now take in a deep breath,
All the way in and let it all go.
And now repeat after me again.
I'm going to lean into the more positive thoughts today.
I don't sit and stir in negative vibrations.
I smile.
I look around and see all the blessings in my life.
I see the potential for me.
And I fully accept where I am right now.
I have a vision for the future.
But I'm also so grateful for this moment.
And another deep breath all the way in.

And right now in this moment of stillness,
I want you to hold the highest vision for yourself.
What does your ideal self look like?
How do they act?
How do they feel?
What kind of energy do they have?
What do they do?
Who do they surround themselves with?
And as this highest vision of yourself,
What would your day look like today?
What would it be like?
Give gratitude for yourself right here in this present moment.
And gratitude for the highest version of yourself because you are both.
And feel gratitude washing over you like a white light showering you with feelings of gratitude.
And what else are you grateful for?
Feeling this gratitude washing over you.
