This is a midday pick-me-up meditation.

Maybe you're listening in your car before you go into your home,

In the gym,

Maybe it's a transition in between meetings.

Whatever it is,

Allow yourself to get comfortable in a seated position.

Roll your shoulders back and down.

Maybe drop your right ear to your right shoulder,

Feeling that nice stretch on the left side,

Stretching it out.

And when you're ready,

Slowly bring your head back up to center.

And now maybe allow your left ear to drop to your left shoulder,

Feeling that nice,

Juicy stretch in the right shoulder,

And allow it to just stretch right out.

And when you're ready,

Bringing your head back to center.

Carving out this time for yourself is a very powerful tool,

So you can clear your mind and make more space,

More energy,

Get realigned,

Reinvigorated,

And renewed to tackle the rest of your day,

Becoming aware of your thoughts,

Your intentions,

And where you are in this present moment.

Now no matter what's been going on so far today,

Release,

Release,

Release what is no longer serving you.

With each breath,

As you inhale and exhale,

Release.

Letting go of whatever's happened so far today and focusing on this moment.

Feeling calm,

Feeling calm and serene in this moment.

Feeling present.

You're right here,

Right now.

If your mind wanders,

Bring it back to your breath.

Inhale and exhale.

Feeling grounded,

Feeling the points of your body that are touching the earth.

Feel connected.

Now allow gratitude into your heart space.

Something that happened today that you can be grateful for.

Let that gratitude give you a sense of lightness,

Maybe a small smile on your face.

And just sit with your breath and feel grateful.

Now in order to create more energy,

We need to open our hearts so we can let the energy flow in and out through our center.

Letting go of anything that might be causing you tension or restricting or almost keeping a shell around your heart.

Letting go,

Releasing and opening.

Opening your heart,

Maybe lift your chest ever so slightly.

Feel your heart space open.

Feel love.

Feeling gratitude for this life we are so blessed to live.

Feel love flowing through your body.

Love is radiating within every cell.

All the way from your toes to your heart,

Expanding through your crown.

Feel love.

Feel light and energy starting to circulate.

Turning energy on within your body,

Knowing that you have an infinite amount of energy available to you and you're accessing it now.

You're unblocked.

You're energetic.

Love,

Creativity,

Gratitude and inspiration are flowing.

From this space,

How do you envision the rest of your day going?

What do you see unfolding?

Welcome in kindness,

Welcome in creativity,

Welcome in expansion,

Welcome in peace and welcome in whatever else is speaking to you right now.

And now that you have seen the rest of the day play out,

Feel your mental and physical energy increasing,

Like a wave of energy that's radiating in your cells as you feel expanded,

Open,

Renewed and ready to take on the rest of your day.

You can do anything with this unlimited energy that you have access to.

And when you're ready,

Stretch your arms up into the sky and feel the energy circulating through your body.

Slowly open your eyes and make this an incredible second half of your day.
