Good morning and welcome to your new day.
Another day to live on purpose.
Another day to shine your light.
Another 24 hours to live to your highest potential.
The first thing we'll do is add a smile to our face.
The bigger the better.
And make sure you're sitting up straight.
You're sitting with intention.
Sit with pride.
With purpose.
But also feel a sense of relaxation.
Shoulders are relaxed.
A lightness through your body.
Regardless of how much sleep you had last night,
It was the perfect amount.
Keep a smile on your face knowing that truth.
Now as we drift into the practice,
Set an intention for the day.
It can be a word like love,
Kindness,
Peace,
Joy,
Commitments,
Happiness.
Or it can simply be a feeling.
And just focus on your breath as you inhale and exhale.
Just focus on long,
Slow inhalations and long,
Slow exhalations.
I'll check in about halfway through this part.
Just keep focusing on the inhale and exhale.
And if thoughts start to wander in,
Just gently and softly let them go.
Come back to the breath and back to the present moment.

Stand up if possible and start to move your body however it feels good to move.
Waking up those limbs,

And repeat these affirmations either out loud or in your head as you continue to move and feel connected to the words.
