20-Minute Morning Ritual

Inspired by Tony Robbins' morning routine, join Amanda upon waking up and embark on a life-changing daily practice. We start with 10 minutes of Intention and Stillness, followed by 5 minutes of Gratitude and 5 minutes of affirmations. During the affirmations, I invite you to stand up and move your body and really feel the emotions as you affirm your greatness!

Transcript

Good morning and welcome to your new day.

Another day to live on purpose.

Another day to shine your light.

Another 24 hours to live to your highest potential.

The first thing we'll do is add a smile to our face.

The bigger the better.

And make sure you're sitting up straight.

You're sitting with intention.

Sit with pride.

With purpose.

But also feel a sense of relaxation.

Shoulders are relaxed.

A lightness through your body.

Regardless of how much sleep you had last night,

It was the perfect amount.

Keep a smile on your face knowing that truth.

Now as we drift into the practice,

Set an intention for the day.

It can be a word like love,

Kindness,

Peace,

Joy,

Commitments,

Happiness.

Or it can simply be a feeling.

And just focus on your breath as you inhale and exhale.

Just focus on long,

Slow inhalations and long,

Slow exhalations.

I'll check in about halfway through this part.

Just keep focusing on the inhale and exhale.

And if thoughts start to wander in,

Just gently and softly let them go.

Come back to the breath and back to the present moment.

Beautiful practice,

Beautiful intention.

Now we will move on to gratitude.

These next 5 minutes are focused on feeling so thankful for the blessings in your life.

Keep thinking thoughts of all the things you are grateful for.

Now moving on to the final chapter of our morning routine,

The affirmations.

Stand up if possible and start to move your body however it feels good to move.

Waking up those limbs,

Move your hips,

Float your arms in the air.

And repeat these affirmations either out loud or in your head as you continue to move and feel connected to the words.

Today is an amazing day.

Today is filled with opportunity and potential.

I open my heart to love.

I am brave and courageous.

I step into my greatness.

It feels good to feel good.

I take care of myself.

I make choices that support my highest vision.

My body is healthy and strong.

I stand in the truth of who I am.

I feel grateful for this existence.

I open myself up to infinite potential.

I am a creative being.

Peaceful energy surrounds me.

I am protected,

Loved,

And safe.

I act in spite of fear.

I exude kindness and generosity.

I know the universe is always supportive.

Right now is the perfect time.

I love to laugh and make others smile.

I make time to move my body.

I reach for nutritious foods.

Money comes to me effortlessly and easily.

I am deserving of an abundant life.

I am open to receive wealth in many ways.

My intuition is always guiding me to right action.

I feel happy today.

I exude confidence.

For the last minute,

Add some affirmations of your own.

You can start with,

I am,

And fill in the blank.

Yes,

Wonderful work.

Sending you the most positive,

Loving energy for a beautiful day ahead.
