Try to practice this meditation, daily for 21 days and you will be amazed at the results. Just make yourself comfortable, relax, close your eyes and listen. Namaste.

Hello and welcome to our guided meditation for manifesting your true authentic self.

This is an uplifting meditation and is ideal if you want to lose weight and improve the way you feel about yourself.

I am so happy to have the opportunity to guide you today as you practice the art of manifesting self love,

Losing weight naturally and becoming a more healthier version of you.

This visualization harnesses the energy of your imagination to manifest what you desire.

By visualising yourself as a slimmer,

Healthier person,

Your subconscious mind will begin to believe you are this new person.

Your subconscious will begin to assist you in achieving your goals and you will then begin to act accordingly to this new version of yourself.

So as you focus on your positive intentions of losing weight and becoming healthier,

You will begin to attract experiences that are aligned with your intentions and you will feel more motivated to lose weight and to exercise.

So let's begin.

Find a cosy place to lay down or sit comfortably where you will not be disturbed by anyone or anything for the duration of this recording.

Get into a relaxing position and ensure your spine is straight and aligned.

Your head is over the heart space and the heart is above the hips.

Riddle your fingers and riddle your toes.

Relax.

Now allow your eyes to gently gaze upwards towards your third eye,

The centre of your eyebrows.

Keep the eyelids open,

Bringing your attention to your breath and as you blink,

Let this relax you a little further but keep the eyes gazing upwards.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Again breathe in,

Breathe out.

Keep the eyes gazing upwards one more time.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Now gently close your eyelids down.

Relax the eyes behind the closed eyelids.

And if you are sat upright,

Just let the head gently bow as if looking downwards.

Relax,

Let go,

Just breathe.

You are here today to relax and focus on a healthier,

More joyous you.

So let's start by taking five deep nourishing breaths and imagine you're breathing from the heart space,

The shanti ishta,

The single eye of the heart.

This is a very powerful manifesting point within the body.

So gently inhale and exhale slowly from the heart space.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and let it go.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe fully in and let the air gently escape out.

Now begin to let the breath find its natural rhythm.

Slowly expanding your abdomen and the chest on the inhale.

And when you exhale,

Just let the breath go naturally.

Remember,

Always breathing from the heart space.

Breathe in and out.

Allow the breath to fill you with confidence and a sense of purpose.

And gently exhale all out that does not serve you.

All your anxieties and stresses.

Just let them go on the out breath.

Never forget that no one knows you better than yourself.

So bring into your mind the positive qualities that make you you.

Just relax,

Let go.

Now imagine you are looking at your true,

Authentic,

Healthier,

Slimmer self who cares deeply about your health,

Appearance and your happiness.

Bring into your mind the qualities about yourself that you value and appreciate.

Smile.

Relax a little further.

Now visualize yourself stepping into your true,

Authentic self.

Begin to engage all your senses.

Gaze down at your feet,

Your legs,

Your torso,

Your arms and hands.

How do you look?

How does it feel to be your true,

Authentic,

Slimmer self?

Smile.

This is the real you.

Just relax.

You may experience a feeling of upliftment and joy.

Now see yourself walking around or maybe running,

Dancing.

How does it feel being the healthier,

Fitter,

Real you?

Notice the details very clearly.

Feel them,

Engage in them.

Where are you?

What kinds of people are around you?

What are you doing?

And most of all,

How do you feel?

Focus in on even more detail now.

What kinds of clothes are you wearing?

Feel the clothes on your skin.

How do you feel?

What's your hair like?

See yourself now very clearly moving around with ease and grace.

See others impressed by your transformation.

Visualize this in as much detail as possible.

The more vivid and real that you make it,

The more effective.

How do you feel?

So take a few moments to enjoy experiencing your authentic,

Fitter,

Healthier self,

Your true self.

The person you really are before all your learned beliefs of how you should look and who you should be and feel those wonderful,

Positive emotions.

Let those feelings right into your heart space.

Take a few more moments and enjoy.

Everyone,

Take a few more moments to recognize and embrace your true self.

Breathe in and gently exhale out with a sense of confidence,

The real you.

You create your own reality by simply focusing upon it,

Visualizing it but most of all feeling it.

Take another nice deep breath in representing your accomplishments for taking this time for you and then let it go out into the universe.

Feeling full of self-love,

Care and respect.

Everything starts out as visualization.

This is how all creation takes place.

You are so grateful to be you.

Now feel these words right into your heart space,

Your Shanti Ishta.

Experience them running through your entire being.

Compassion,

Kindness,

Love,

Light,

Forgiveness,

Happiness,

Contentment,

Abundance,

True,

Authentic you.

These are your words of truth to remember at any time you are faced with doubt.

In a moment you are going to bring your awareness back to the here and the now.

But before you do,

Deeply know that your true self is the one that treats your life experience with compassion,

Kindness,

Respect and love.

And when you're ready,

Take a deep nourishing breath in and a deep breath out.

Again a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Gently open your eyes,

Returning your full awareness to the present moment in time.

Remember visualization is also one of the most powerful ways to invoke the law of attraction.

Stretch and yaw,

Just gently pull yourself around.

Remember the law of attraction states that you create your reality through the power of your thoughts but most of all your feelings.

Like attracts like.

Your mind is like a powerful magnet attracting experiences to you that match the vibration or energetic content of your thoughts.

So keep your thoughts and feelings positive and smile and please share this meditation with anyone who you feel would benefit from it.

Try to practice this meditation on a daily basis for 21 days and you'll be amazed at the results.
