Welcome to Touch Yoga Story Box.

Meditations that apply the power of touch to help you embrace the benefits of meditational storytelling.

This is a wonderful manifestation of meditation.

You can have anything you desire.

You can be anything you want to be.

You can do anything you want to do.

And it all starts in your mind and with your genuine belief coupled with real emotions you can manifest your dream desires.

Albert Einstein said imagination is everything.

It is the preview of life's coming attractions.

Try to practice this visualization daily for optimum magical results.

You'll be pleasantly surprised.

We'll begin firstly in a seated position and then eventually lie down or you can stay seated.

This touch yoga meditation will induce a relaxed state of mind as you gently begin to create space to manifest your desires.

So let's begin.

We will start with a moving meditation to relax the body and give clarity to the mind to help you focus on manifesting.

So gently place the two first fingers of both hands into the centre of the forehead.

Take a deep breath in and on the exhale gently slide the fingers to the temples.

Repeat this three times breathing in as the fingertips come to the centre of the forehead and exhale as you gently slide them to the temples.

One more time then this time gently keep the fingers on the temples and take three breaths three deep nourishing breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Now place the first two fingers of the left hand on the yin tang point the centre of the eyebrows and the two fingers of the right hand at the nape of the neck and then gently bow the head tipping the chin down towards the chest and take five breaths here relax enjoy.

Let everything go on that exhale.

One more deep breath in and out.

Gently bring the head upright now you can stay in a seated position or lay down but gently place the head on the nape of the neck and bring the head up to the nape of the head.

Now you can stay in a seated position or lay down but gently place the thumb to touch the first two fingers of either hand curling the ring finger and the little finger into the palm of the hands into the kubera mudra.

This is the hand gesture from manifesting just relax the hands in this gesture gently close your eyes down and come with me as we take a journey into your mind relax and let go.

The beautiful space of creation you have available to you at all times your special place is your imagination so let your body gently settle releasing any tensions you might be experiencing relax your shoulders release the jaw and gently soften your stomach let go the arms and the legs feel your body gently melting into deep relaxation let go and breathe as your body begins to settle become aware of your thoughts just observe them and let them gently float away as you exhale out and just notice how clear you feel in this moment how light how open how relaxed now i want you to think of just one thing you would like to manifest right now perhaps it's a desire to feel healthy and peaceful within your body maybe it's a desire to be in a loving and vibrant relationship or even a desire for financial freedom or freedom of time or perhaps a new house a car or some material thing that will add value to your life whatever it is just see it in your mind and begin to observe your desire notice all the details relax implement all your senses become more defined more intense notice the colours the scents the sounds the taste and the textures how does it make you feel relax breathe in and gently breathe out take a moment to let your mind paint an even clearer more intense picture of your desired manifestation now imagine what it would be like to have it right now get involved let yourself become part of this vision in your mind stay in your mind and let yourself become part of this vision in your mind let yourself become part of this vision in your mind step into it see yourself in it this is your dream your manifestation just let your body feel what it feels like to have it to have it perhaps even feeling the goosebumps of excitement on your skin or a smile spreads across your face let yourself be one with the emotions absorb yourself in the experience it's all about the feeling feel your chest expand with air as you feel the love the excitement the joy and the thrill of having your desire right now now settle relax here observe your thoughts and relax enjoy breathe in and breathe out take a deep breath in letting the air expand your chest and expand your beliefs your desire is now already yours and as you exhale let yourself gently drop into gratitude gratitude for receiving all that you desire breathe in and breathe out and breathe in and breathe out when you're ready to return to the present moment do so slowly riddle your fingers riddle your toes stretch and yawn open your eyes gently become more alert more refreshed feeling ready to return to your day take a deep breath in and a deep breath out please share this meditation spread the joy and the magic and thank you and namaste

I love that this meditation envokes an emotional experience with the visualization. I can see how this can help with manifesting desires if done daily. I will definitely be returning to this meditation❤️
