Your self healing meditation.

Begin by finding a comfortable position.

Allow your body to begin to relax.

Riddle your fingers,

Riddle your toes and gently close down your eyes.

Bring your awareness to the gentle rise and fall of your chest and belly of your breath.

Now take a wonderful cleansing breath in and hold and breathe it out with a sigh.

Releasing all tension within the body.

Again take a wonderful cleansing breath in,

Hold and breathe out that tension with a sigh.

Now let your breath find its normal rhythm.

No need to do anything but relax and surrender into this wonderful healing meditation.

Begin to feel the relaxation beginning at the bottom of your feet,

At the tip of your toes.

It may feel like stepping into a warm bathtub,

It may feel like a tingling sensation or just simply calm and loose.

Allow the relaxation to spread over your feet and up your ankles.

Feel the relaxation rising above your ankles like warm water flowing up your lower legs to your knees,

Continuing up to your upper legs.

Let this warm feeling continue to spread throughout your body.

Rising now to your hips,

Your pelvic area,

To your stomach and lower back,

To your chest and upper back.

Just breathe,

Relax,

Let go.

Let your upper arms relax,

Your elbows,

Lower arms and wrists.

Feel the relaxation spread into your hands,

Releasing the palms of your hands,

Each finger and thumb.

Your hands feel pleasantly warm,

Heavy,

So very,

Very heavy.

Feel your body relaxing further as your shoulders gently ease back,

Letting go of tension in your neck and your face,

Letting the jaw relax and the tongue fall away from the roof of your mouth.

Be aware of your eyelids,

Gently close and so very heavy.

Let the relaxation spread further to the top of your head.

Now your entire body is so relaxed and calm from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.

You are now open and receptive to the powerful healing energy of light.

Begin to visualise a beautiful wide healing light emerging from a tiny dot high up in the universe,

The cosmos and as it beams down,

It enters the top of your head.

This is the most powerful and healing universal light that is available to all of us.

Visualise this glowing light filling your entire body.

It may feel comforting,

Warm,

Loving,

Just be relaxed.

Now gently focus your attention on your body and think about the healing that needs to take place,

The physical ailments that trouble you.

It may be pain,

Illness or injury.

It may be something diagnosed or it may be a problem that is not yet identified.

Whatever it is that you rely to heal,

Imagine this problem in your mind right now.

Focus on that specific area and imagine it as an area of darkness that needs to be consumed with light.

Just breathe,

Relax,

Be aware.

Now begin to feel this powerful healing white light intensify around your dark area of discomfort.

Visualise this powerful universal light eating up,

Engulfing all the darkness,

Removing all the unhealthy matter from your body on all levels,

Physical,

Emotional,

Spiritual.

Imagine this beautiful healing light flowing,

Swirling and carrying the dark matter out of your body as you breathe out.

The healing light continues to remove toxins,

Bacteria,

Waste,

Cleaning,

Detoxifying and always leaving the body on the exhale.

Begin to see the dark area becoming lighter and lighter.

The breath is gently carrying away all that is not good for your body until there is only light left.

So much beautiful intense light.

Now feel this powerful universal energy of light strengthening your immune system,

Promoting rapid growth of healthy tissue.

Breathing health,

Healing,

Tranquility and wellbeing.

Breathe out tension,

Illness,

Discomfort and anxiety.

Let go.

Picture your body entirely filled with relaxation,

With healing light.

Allow your body to heal itself with ease,

Grace and flow.

Now stay here for a few moments more and imagine and feel the beautiful healing process that is going on inside your body now.

Feeling confident in your wonderful body's ability to heal and all you need to do is relax,

Surrendering to the process.

Feeling so calm and at peace.

Just let go.

You should breathe in and breathe out.

Breathing in the new and breathing out the new and breathing relaxation.

Breathe out all that.

Relax.

Feel your body and mind becoming more aware of your surroundings and your emotions.

Maybe a yawn as you gently pull around,

Knowing that your body has the power to regenerate,
