Welcome to this meditation.
This is a meditation for tuning into your calm inner,
Ever-present strength.
Take a moment to find a comfortable way to receive this meditation.
You might like to lay down in your bed,
You might be seated in a chair,
You might even be heading into an interaction with someone,
A connection.
Breathe yourself down into support.
Feel whatever is beneath you gently holding the weight of your body.
You might like to be gazing around the space that you find yourself in and you might even wriggle a little side to side,
Forward and back.
You might take a couple of deeper breaths,
Breathing in through both of your nostrils and then gently opening your mouth and exhaling out.
You might do that again and gently releasing that out again.
Just finding yourself here in this moment,
In this body,
In this space and you may like to gently allow your eyelids to soften down or you might like to remain open-eyed gazing around the space you're in.
However you choose,
Gently turn your attention inward into your inner temple and feel what is here right at this moment.
Notice sensations in the body,
The feet,
The toes,
The hands,
The fingers.
Notice what's inside your belly right now,
Your back,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Your head and your face.
Notice the senses wide open,
Taste,
Smell,
Sound.
Notice your place in the world right now and notice feelings of ease and notice feelings of unease.
Notice awareness of joy,
Fear,
Sadness.
Notice and become aware of both positive and negative thoughts and so become aware of your body in space,
Your mind,
Your awarenesses.
Begin to sense an image,
A goddess,
The Buddha,
A symbol that means calm,
Abiding strength to you.
Let whatever comes,
Come.
Let your body breathe,
Sensing that calm strength entering into the form of this moment,
This body,
This heart,
This mind.
Breathe it down into your belly and you might allow for this moment your breath to be long and smooth and even and deep and you might sense and feel this symbol,
This image,
This color,
This vapor,
This goddess,
This Buddha,
Slowly entering into every form of this body,
Every layer.
You might like to breathe in and hear the words I am and you might like to breathe out with the words calm,
Strength,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Inhaling to a perfect timing for you right at this moment,
Exhaling the same.
I am calm,
Gentle,
Strength.
Continue for another minute or so on your own.
I am here right with you repeating the mantra to myself.
Now consider a part of your body,
Your mind,
Your life,
A relationship where you would like to infuse a little more calm,
Gentle,
Abiding strength and very gently see that and feel that in that part of your body,
In that area of your mind,
In that relationship.
See it as an energy,
Feel it infusing into that,
Relax into it,
Enjoy the process,
Letting the life force energy flow through you into that and then begin to either deepen your breath or stay right where you are,
Continuing with your meditation for as long as you feel to or moving on with the rest of your day,
Wriggling your fingers and your toes,
Gently moving your head from side to side,
Allowing your eyelids to gently float open and letting yourself rest back into this,
This affection,
This bliss.
Thank you so much for being here.
Namaste.
