What I've learned in the past 23 years working with people and being on the spiritual path is that all we have to do is actually open ourselves,

Open our bodies every day and do our E3 breath.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale,

Hold it,

Hold it,

Hold it,

Hold it,

Hold it,

Hold it and feel ourselves expanding.

We are powerful.

We are so powerful.

And when we breathe with our diaphragm,

We literally cause our nervous system to be calm and peaceful.

When our nervous system is calm and peaceful,

We vibrate the frequency of what we are,

Which is love,

Love,

Abundance,

Miraculous,

Magical.

This simple exercise of laying down,

Putting a pillow under your back,

Under your neck,

Support,

Opening up your arms like a T,

Soles of the feet together,

Knees wide apart,

Also stretches all your fascia so that everything in the center is stretched,

Is lengthened when you sniff,

Sniff,

Sniff.

Your brain and your spinal cord.

So take a moment to feel that.

Hmm,

I'm curious.

What does it feel like when I sniff,

Sniff,

Sniff?

Do you expand your pelvic floor,

Your lower abdomen,

Your abdomen,

Your chest?

Or is it only your upper chest?

So take time right now to notice,

Am I feeling some type of expansion down and up?

Or is it only my upper chest?

Definitely let me know if you need some support with learning how to breathe with your diaphragm and expanding down.

A lot of my clients with anxiety or depression,

They're too much in their heads,

They have this upper chest breathing pattern.

So it's really important for us to actually coordinate these muscles optimally,

Aligned and functioning in the way that we were designed.

So many of us are upper chest breathers.

Also so many of us wear belts and tight pants or our clothes is tight and we don't get to expand our bellies.

So if you do wear a belt,

Loosen up that belt today.

Ah.

And you're going to practice leaning back into the support surface once again,

Just bringing your attention.

Ah,

I'm going to lean back because it turns out we are so loved by our Creator who's constantly bringing us everything that is for our highest good.

So when we're out of alignment,

We actually attract things,

Situations,

Suffering,

Disasters,

Whatever it is that actually is there so that we can come back to balance,

To harmony,

To our soul,

To our heart.

So if anything is going quote unquote wrong for you or is something you actually think is not right for you,

It actually is right by not being alone.

It's actually there to cause you to wake up and reflect and come back to your heart.

That's what everything's happening to bring us back to our oneness,

Bring us back to our heart.

So take a moment and ask yourself,

Where in my life am I not aligned?

Where am I feeling struggles,

Challenges?

Keep on sniff,

Sniff,

Sniff.

Ah.

And you don't have to know anything,

Just ask the question.

The wisdom will come forth.

Where am I holding in my body?

Is there any dis-ease in my body?

Am I thinking too much,

Worrying too much?

Am I too much in my head,

Analyzing,

Criticizing,

Judging?

You can live being the witness,

The observer of your drama,

Trauma stories,

Whatever the narrative you created.

You don't have to be your past.

You don't have to be the narrative.

You can be the observer of the narrative,

Of the past.

And this is a way of practicing mindfulness,

Meditating.

So allow yourself to hover over your body right now and witness your body,

Observe your body without being attached to what it feels like.

You are the sensations of your body happening in the moment.

You are the consciousness behind that.

That's what you are.

And you can ask your body,

Is there anything that you want me to know?

How have I been treating you?

Is it up to par?

Have I been feeding you healthy thoughts,

Healthy foods,

Healthy relations?

How can I love you more,

Body?

How can I support you more?

And notice what arises.

And have you been struggling or wanting to figure something out?

Would you like clarity about it?

So you're going to ask your intuitive inner guidance,

Your inner wisdom,

A question that you want clarity on.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale.

Sometimes we're not meant to know the answer right away.

But are you willing to lean back and trust that everything will be shown to you,

Everything will be revealed to you?

Are you willing for things to just come forth?

You will just meet new people that are aligned to whatever it is that you're meant to be bringing now.

Are you willing to trust that more things will come to you?

Lean back even more.

Be open to receiving even more.

What if life could happen to you more easily?

What if the more you make time to just lay down and receive your breath fully,

Could be a way for you to allow life to come forth more fully in an easy,

Synchronistic way?

Are you willing to live aligned,

Connected to your soul,

Your intuition,

Your heart guidance?

Are you willing to honor that subtle voice inside that knows everything that's real high is good?

Imagine yourself living,

Receiving all the abundance that the universe has to offer you,

Releasing any fears of unworthiness,

Any fears of not feeling that you deserve to live a peaceful,

Healthy life.

Sometimes you get into the habit of suffering.

Are you willing to imagine a life where everything is synchronistic?

Miraculous,

Magical,

Rapid healing happens,

Rapid shifts in your life.

Things just come to you easily.

They fall on your lap.

Everything is,

It's as though you're living a dream life.

What would that feel like to live your dream life?

More than enough in your life.

Are you willing to turn it all over to God,

Creator,

Source,

And be a channel of love and inspiration to the world?

What if that is your purpose,

To perfect being what you truly are,

Which is love,

Acceptance,

Compassion,

Forgiveness,

And you radiate your essence,

Which is our essence,

And you're a reminder to everyone who sees your beautiful eyes and your smile to remember home that this is our nature to be pure kindness,

Love,

Acceptance,

Respect,

Abundant,

Prosperous,

Inspired,

Passionate,

Enthusiastic,

Joyful,

Happy.

Take a deep breath in,

Breathing in all these possibilities.

And if there's any fear,

If you've been playing small,

Trying to fit in,

Other people suffering,

Are you feeling bad about that?

Are you willing to be the light even more and shine brighter even more?

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

Repeating after me,

I commit to being love.

How to honor and respect myself,

To honor and respect my body,

My mind,

Allowing myself to be love and acceptance,

Compassion and forgiveness in all situations.

How can I be more love in this situation?

How can I show up as more compassion in this situation?

People are doing their best.

A lot of people are suffering on the planet and they don't even know.

A lot of us are pretending.

A lot of us are wearing a mask.

That's how we cope.

Are you willing to see right through people and have so much more compassion for yourself and others?

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

And if there's anyone that you are hurt by,

If there's anyone you're angry at,

Maybe it's yourself,

Are you willing to forgive,

To release the weight of the past?

Any resentments,

Bitterness,

Anger,

Guilt,

Shame or blame?

Are you willing to just transmute it right now because you're so in love right now?

What would it be like for me to create a bridge of love between that person right now from your heart to theirs right now,

Wherever they are on the planet?

And even if they were deceased,

Are you willing to create a love bridge right now?

Just let them know I love you.

I forgive you.

Choose to release this bitterness,

This frustration,

This anger,

It's my past.

I am free.

Ahhhhhh.

There it goes,

Driving away,

Allowing all your past to leave so that all that you are is pure love.

You are pure love,

Unconditional love.

What would it be like if I would love as God,

As Creator,

As Source,

As the most holiest of holy,

What would it feel like to love in this way,

Where I'm not manipulating or trying to get someone to something?

What if I could just love,

Be love and honor people where they are,

Honor them for their differences,

Their wishes,

Whatever their true path is,

Even if it means not being with me anymore?

What if I could just be love and that's it,

And I know that I'll never lose out because I'm full of love.

You can never lose anything.

You are love.

You are the overabundance of the divine love manifested in you.

You are an expression of divinity and grace.

You can never lose anything.

You never lack.

It's only our mind that makes us think that.

Are you willing to live more abundant than ever,

More prosperous than ever,

And feel so grateful for your life?

What if your needs were completely supported and fulfilled?

What if all your needs were already taken care of?

What if you're always going to be doing amazing?

Breathe in all that abundance,

Abundance of love,

Abundance of support.

Are you willing to attract new opportunities,

Unexpected opportunities,

Unexpected gifts,

People being so inspired that they want a gift to you,

They want to help you out because they see how pure your heart is?

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

Be open to receiving more,

Yes.

Taking a moment now to feel so grateful for Mother Earth,

The environment.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Mother Earth,

Father Sky.

Thank you to the waters.

Thank you to all the animals and all the creepy crawlers.

Thank you to all the galaxies,

All the universe.

Thank you for my body,

Temple of my soul,

House of my heart.

And I vow to treat you as sacred temple of divine grace and only surround myself with people and places that uplift me.

When I see those suffering for me to have so much compassion,

To be unaffected,

To simply flow love,

I trust that everyone is perfectly wherever they're at in their journeys.

Knowing that being soulfish,

Heart and soul guided is enough.

I am enough.

Thank you for making time to be with yourself in this way.

We raise the collective when we be loved.

Imagine a world where everyone feels deeply loved that they are and on the path of discovering that they hold space for their suffering.

They hold space for those unclaimed parts,

Those disconnected parts.

Imagine everyone feeling safe enough to be vulnerable and open up and face their fears and flow their fears.

Imagine a world where we all transmute these energies and we're all holding hands as brothers and sisters walking on this earth,

Supporting one another,

Knowing that we are not separate,

Knowing that we are one.

And so it is.

We talking to one another.
