For the next few moments,

Simply feel whatever is here.

Just feel the presence of your experience.

And as you do so,

Ask yourself the following.

What is this experience actually made of?

Don't try to answer it conceptually.

Just feel your way into the question,

Much the same way that you might feel the texture of wood with your hand,

Or the wind on your face.

What is experience made of?

What are experiences composed of?

There really is no final answer to these questions.

Just let yourself fall into this.

Fall into the endless mystery of experience itself.

TY TY Interesting segue to disrupt over thinking. What if I... Sit & observe & acknowledge what is just as it is without judgment: where do I feel it in my body? This is great segue to spark the flow of free writing or creative endeavors. Namaste. Peace Shalom πŸ’ƒTeeπŸ’
