While the content of experience is always changing, the fact of experiencing itself is continuous, a light that can never be extinguished.

Notice how impermanent experience is,

How thoughts,

Feelings,

And sensations appear and then vanish in a flash.

Now despite this constant coming and going of experience,

Its ever-changing nature,

Notice how the flow of experiencing itself never comes to a stop.

Feel the constancy of experiencing,

The relentless nature of it,

How experiencing never turns off even if the content of what is being experienced is perpetually changing.

See that nothing need be done,

That no effort is required to make the flow of experiencing constant,

For that is its nature,

To never cease.

Marvel at this presence,

This brilliant light of experiencing that never goes out.

Great! Also I thought at first you said "how farts, feelings, and sensations appear and disappear in a flash". Which is still a good message and I enjoyed it

I listened to this twice. Very thought-provoking. Our “inspiriance” of things is the same, but it doesn’t start right away. We need to be awake for that. Thank you for sharing this with us. 🐾🌺🦋🙏🏽🌟🌸💐🌹

Words of wisdom. Not just a minute of meditation, something to contemplate and give an insight many forget to realize. Life IS an experience. Thank You.
