Sky Mind

This short meditation invites the listener to recognize the sky like nature of awareness that welcomes whatever phenomena appear within its vast and naturally open nature.

Transcript

As you sit here, You may be seeing many things, But regardless of what is being seen, Within or without, Simply rest as the seeing itself, The space from where you are looking. Feel into that space, Be that space, Feel the endless openness of it. Sense the way in which it has no edges or borders to it. The looking is like the sky, Vast, Spacious, Completely open, Rejecting nothing, Allowing everything. You are this cloudless sky that sees. Just rest as that, Revel in it, Allowing whatever weather patterns of experience may appear to appear. Feel the loving, Welcoming nature of this open sky, This sky that refuses no cloud. Thank you.
