From the darkest times.
Allow your heart to open through this visualization.
You'll be able to bring lights into the situation where you feel darkness.
Begin to connect and feel the area around your heart.
You can place your hand on your heart.
You can listen to your heart beating.
And connecting to the wisdom of your soul,
