
Activating Your Aliveness & Life Force Meditation

This is an active meditation practice for activating your aliveness and life force energy.
And we'll combine breath work and guided visualization.
So you can make yourself comfortable.
I recommend sitting for this practice since it's a more upbeat practice,
But you can also lie down if that's more comfortable for you.
And as you settle in,
You can let the eyes stay gently open or closed,
Whatever your preference.
Just begin to focus on your breathing,
Noticing the quality of your breath as you sit down,
As you rest into practice.
Does your breath feel quick and shallow?
Do the inhales and exhales feel even?
And as you notice how your breath feels to start,
Begin to smooth the breath out,
To take the air down a little deeper into your lungs,
Filling your system with fresh oxygen.
And now please imagine that you have a beautiful white light surrounding you,
Almost as if you were sitting or laying down in the center of this white light bubble.
And as you see,
Feel and sense the white light all around you,
I'll guide you through a breath pattern activating the theta brainwaves,
And it will be in the nose and out the nose,
And I'll guide you through it.
You may get a little dizzy or lightheaded,
And that's totally normal.
Staying with me as best you can in the nose,

Really good.

In the nose and hold,
Hold,

Hold at the top as long as you can.
Feeling yourselves shifting,
Feeling a greater awareness of presence in your body,
Of what it feels like to be in your body.
And when you can't hold anymore,
Gently let that breath go and bring your attention to your solar plexus,
The center of your body,
That's a spot right above your belly button.
This is your core,
Your power center.
And I'd like you to visualize a little seed of yellow light right in that core,
That center area,
Imagining that this is the seed of your aliveness.
This is the seed of your existence of being embodied right in the center of your being.
And now imagine the seed of yellow light beginning to push out in all directions.
Like it's a very small glowing ball of light that begins to grow,
Begins to expand.
And that yellow light in your center gets so big and pushes out so far in and around your body.
It's like you're creating this field,
This energetic field around your body.
With a layer of yellow light.
And once that yellow light is pushed out all around the body like it seals you in this protective casing of your life force,
Being aware that the yellow light stays where it is and come back,
Bringing your attention to your solar plexus,
That center area again,
And now seeing a red seed of light,
Activating that red light that feeling of aliveness and pushing,
Expanding that red light greater.
Keep expanding and increasing your awareness of this red light so it pushes out again around the whole body.
And so it's like this case of red light is now a bubble around you inside the yellow light.
So you sense the yellow light and the red light inside.
And once that feels powerful and really visceral,
Bring your attention back to the center area and this time seeing a green seed of light.
And this green light begins to glow brighter and as you breathe,
You can feel the alive,
The activation,
The opening from this green light.
As the green light gets even bigger and brighter and continues to expand and push out and it pushes out so far around your body,
Creating this auric field inside the red light.
So you have this yellow light pulsing and beating outside your body and this red light inside the yellow light and now you have a layer of green inside the red light as well.
And they're all glowing and powerful and representations of your inner aliveness,
Your inner strength,
Your inner authenticity.
And one more bringing your attention back to your center,
To that solar plexus area and this time seeing a blue seed of light.
And this blue light begins to shine and this blue light begins to pulse,
Just like the sun when it gets brighter and there's these rays shooting out in all directions and this blue light grows out,
Expands,
Get even bigger,
Even wider,
Even more bright and powerful as it pushes out and pushes out all those other layers.
So you have this beautiful blue light that's generated all around your body.
And now as if watching yourself from the outside,
Looking at the body and feeling,
Seeing,
Sensing the yellow light,
The red light inside the yellow,
The green inside the red and the blue light,
The closest one inside the green.
And as if you could be inside and sort of push out with your hands,
You can see how all of these layers of activated light begin to pulse out with your hands,
With your breath and I'd invite you to expand that energy even more.
See how big you can make these bubbles of light in your imagination,
In your energetic field.
And see how all of those lights are still within your white light bubble that you started and the white light bubble might be several hundred feet in diameter now or could even be a mile big in diameter now that it's so powerful,
Like you're beyond space and time connected to you,
Connected to your energy,
Connected to your life force that is in control of expanding and contracting and expanding again when you want.
And now I'd invite you to see another layer of golden light surrounding this all,
A golden light that is majestic and powerful and connected.
Breathe into the golden light and see how it pulses around you like it mirrors the heartbeat,
It mirrors the breath,
It shows you how alive,
How powerful,
How energized you actually are when you're in the present moment and when your nervous system is calm.
And we'll move into the second little bit of breath work,
This time activating the beta brainwave and it'll be in the mouth and out the mouth and we'll do together.
So in the mouth,

And hold.
Hold this breath at the top.
Feeling all that's happened,
All that's changed in your body,
In your brain,
With all of these colors pulsing around you and letting the words,
My words,
Seep into your subconsciousness as you hold as long as you can.
Right now in this moment,
I feel alive and I know I feel alive.
I feel what it feels like to be energized,
To be present in my body and alive in my energy,
In my mind at the same time.
I feel my body while expressing myself.
I am my authentic self and I am seen and heard from that alive version of me.
I am valued,
I am accepted,
I am appreciated for who I am and I know what it feels like to hold this aliveness through every moment of every day,
A practice that I keep coming back to over and over,
Staying present in my body while being in truth,
In compassion to myself and others and fully energized and awake.
Taking a slow breath into that.
Noticing how you feel,
Enjoying this place and when you feel ready,
You can begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Your body even might wanna stretch,
Opening your arms,
Expecting to feel your body,
And then you can feel your body might wanna stretch,
Opening your arms,
Expanding through your chest,
Knowing that that visualization,
Those colors,
That pulse of expanded energetic activation is all around you,
Unseen all the time,
Ready for you to feel into it,
To sense into it and when you feel ready,
You can gently blink your eyes open and enjoy the rest of your day.
