This is a meditation to activate your Kundalini life force energy.
I invite you to make yourself comfortable,
Preferably lying down for this practice.
And my favorite position is to put a bolster or a pillow underneath the back of the heart so the chest gets to open as you lie back.
And as you find yourself getting comfortable,
Bring your attention to your breath.
Simply noticing the inhales and the exhales.
And on your next inhale,
Imagine gathering all the tension and stress that you currently have in your body.
And on an exhale,
Gently blowing that out.
On another inhale,
Gathering more stress and tension from your day.
And exhale,
Blowing it out of your body.
One more just like that.
Big breath in,
Collecting anything that you no longer need.
And exhale,
Sigh it out,
Blow it out of the body.
Now letting your breathing return to normal.
And as you notice your lungs naturally rise and fall,
Begin to become aware of your heartbeat.
Beautiful soft rhythm of your heart's life force energy.
And as you feel the rhythm of your unique body pulsing,
Allowing your mind to quiet and let go just a bit more.
And as you breathe,
The music gets a little louder and washes over you.
We connect with all the different elements that exist within and in the vast universe.
First we bring our attention to earth.
To those denser parts of us,
Such as our organs and our bones.
To feel the support of the surface that we lay on.
To imagine having roots that grow down into the mother earth,
Drinking of her wisdom,
Her density,
Her power.
Roots that go all the way down into the center of the earth and pull that beautiful,
Healing electromagnetic current up into our body.
The healing,
The grounding,
The pull,
The support.
And now inviting the water element in,
Connecting to our blood and to all the other liquid that we have in the body.
To feeling fluid and supple and agile.
To being in flow with the natural rhythms of life.
To let things wash over and through us with grace and ease.
Now the fire element comes in,
The heat,
The inner strength that we possess in our bodies and allowing that fire to burn through anything that we no longer need to hold inside.
Letting that fire burn to destroy so that rebirth into the new is right around the corner.
And now connecting to the air element,
To the wind,
To all the movement that we have in the body,
Through ourselves,
Through all the fascia and the connective tissue.
To the quality and the space of the heart.
To the wind and natural flow that is in the space all around us,
To let the air cleanse through our bodies and our lives as it does so naturally.
Now connecting to space,
To that vast open space all around us,
To the space within,
Mirrored out in the cosmos,
That feeling of nothingness and everything all at the same time.
Allowing ourselves to be in space and space to exist just as it is.
Now bring your attention to your tailbone,
The very base of your spine and notice if there's any movement.
What do I feel physically?
What do I feel energetically?
Let it be slow.
Let it be gentle.
Almost like a seduction instead of any forceful energy.
Allow that Kundalini energy to awaken in whatever way it's meant to today.
And allow that wild and free energy to flow in your heart as well.
This authentic,
True,
Primal self.
Use your breath to make it even more powerful,
Even more full.
To let this experience be perfect.
To feel,
To notice,
And to stay grounded and present in your body,
In your mind,
In your soul.
Now bringing all your attention to your heart space.
Be with your tender heart.
Let there be expansion there in the softest way.
This awareness of love and peace in your mind,
And this awareness of love and peace in your mind,
And this awareness of love,
This awareness of compassion,
This awareness of grace.
Send gratitude for all that you are.
For all the ways that you know yourself more deeply and completely.
Taking three more slow deep breaths as you anchor even more into your heart.
Allowing your soul to flood your heart.
To be aligned in truth,
In sovereignty,
And in love.
