This is a meditation to clear out the gunk from your body,

Your mind,

Your entire being,

And infuse goodness and peace into your system.

We'll release all that no longer serves our life and flood our system with higher vibrations.

Begin by making yourself comfortable sitting or lying down and letting the eyes gently close as you tune in to the sound of my voice.

Taking deeper and fuller breaths and allowing yourself to slow down a bit,

Letting any thoughts go.

Softening through the shoulders.

Relaxing the skin around your eyes and your temples and relaxing the jaw and inviting you to take even deeper breaths so that you're filling your lungs all the way down to the bottom and circulating more oxygen through your entire body,

Touching all the cells.

And as you breathe slower and deeper and fuller,

You might even notice an expansion,

A feeling of spaciousness in your chest.

And all you have to do for the next 10 minutes is continue breathing deep and setting the intention to move energy through your body with the breath as you connect with my words and invite the changes to take place.

Taking a big breath in,

Inhaling in calm and softness and exhaling out anxiety and tension.

Really breathing in calm and softness and exhaling anxiety and tension.

Breathing calm and softness,

Exhaling anxiety and tension.

Fully breathing in centeredness and groundedness and exhaling out chaos and physical pain.

Inhaling centeredness and groundedness and exhaling chaos and pain from your system.

Fully breathing in centeredness and groundedness and releasing chaos and pain.

Next,

Inhaling in clarity,

Exhaling out confusion.

Fully taking in welcoming in clarity and releasing confusion.

Full inhale clarity and letting go of confusion.

And breathing in safety and security and exhaling helplessness and instability.

Inhaling safety and security and exhaling helplessness and instability.

Fully inviting in safety and security and releasing helplessness and instability.

Next,

Breathing in gratitude and appreciation and exhaling disappointment.

Breathing in fully to your body gratitude and appreciation,

Exhaling disappointment.

Flooding your system with gratitude and appreciation and letting go of disappointment.

Inhaling positivity and radiance and exhaling sadness and grief.

Welcoming in positivity and radiance and releasing the sadness and grief.

Breathing positivity and radiance and releasing sadness and grief.

Next,

Taking in energy and enthusiasm and exhaling overwhelm.

Fully breathing in energy and enthusiasm and exhaling out overwhelm.

Breathing energy and enthusiasm and breathing out overwhelm.

Inhaling lightness and playfulness and exhaling out heaviness and apathy.

Inhaling lightness and playfulness and exhaling out heaviness and apathy.

Fully breathing in lightness and playfulness and slowly letting go heaviness and apathy.

Next,

Breathing in confidence and strength and exhaling out fear and powerlessness.

Fully inviting in confidence and strength and releasing fear and powerlessness.

Fully breathing in confidence and strength and releasing fear and powerlessness.

Now breathing in courage and worthiness and exhaling out guilt.

Inhaling courage and worthiness and exhaling releasing the guilt.

Fully breathing in courage and worthiness and exhaling out all the guilt.

Breathing in power and authenticity and exhaling shame.

Breathing in your power and authenticity and letting go of inner shame.

Breathing power and authenticity and letting go of shame.

Inhaling freedom and joy and exhaling resentment.

Inviting in freedom and joy and exhaling any resentments that live inside.

Inhaling freedom and joy and letting go of resentment.

Breathing in harmony and grace and exhaling disconnection and restlessness.

Fully inhaling in harmony and grace and letting go of disconnection and restlessness.

Breathing in harmony and grace and releasing disconnection and restlessness.

Breathing in wholeness and peace and breathing out any unease and final stress.

Breathing in wholeness and peace and breathing out unease.

Fully filling with wholeness and peace and releasing any final unease.

Breathing in love and bliss and breathing out anything that no longer serves you.

Breathing in love and bliss and flushing out any unwanted energy from your system.

Breathing in love and bliss and releasing anything that's no longer meant to be there.

And continuing to focus on your breath for another couple moments as you notice the expansion and spaciousness you feel in your body,

The lightness and inspiration you feel in your heart from setting this intention of shifting energy and cultivating that through your breath,

Through slowing down and through this meditation practice.

Feeling healed,

Feeling abundant,

Feeling deep connection to your inner wisdom,

Your inner truth,

Yourself.

And taking an even bigger breath,

Sending all of your intention out into the universe and trusting that it will be done.

And then letting a soft smile wash over your face and you can slowly blink your eyes open.
