Welcome to the Practical Morning Yoga series. In this short introduction, I’ll share how to use these videos and how to build a simple morning movement practice that actually fits into real life. This series was created for people who think they don’t have time for yoga. Each practice is just 2–15 minutes long, requires no previous experience, and can easily fit into even the busiest mornings. You don’t need special equipment, flexibility, or a long routine. Just a few minutes of intentional movement can change how you start your day. Consistency matters more than duration. Even a small daily practice can make a big difference. I’m so happy you’re here.
