Meditation Timer OnlineAlice discovered yoga in her compulsory fitness class in school, ever since, she fell in love the quietness and calmness she gets during and after each session of practice. In 2016, she attended a RYT200 teacher training course in Rishikesh with the intention of deepening her own practice. After she came back to Hong Kong, she fell the need to help spreading the knowledge to the world and continuous to explore different aspect of yoga, including yoga nidra, alignments and etc.
