This practice allows us to tap into your belief system and to find the motivations and confidences that you need. Indeed, you are enough and you are capable, but over time you may get lost. This meditation will guide you through a journey of awareness and some visualisations, to find the door that opens to everything successful.

Welcome,
My name is Alice Wong.
In this yoga nidra practice,
I will guide you through your own belief system and to find the motivations and confidence that you need.
We want to be excellent and give high satisfaction to ourselves.
You will realize that you are enough and you are capable.
In this practice,
I will guide you through a journey of awareness and some visualizations.
All you need to do is to be comfortable and listen to me.
Now,
Please take a few deep breaths.
Inhale through your nose,
Exhale with a sigh.
One more time,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Please allow yourself to get 10% more comfortable than how you already are right now.
First,
I want you to know that what you are feeling right now is completely okay.
We are human with complex feelings and emotions.
Let's put our judgments away and simply acknowledge the current moment.
We do not know what will happen during this practice,
So whatever happens,
We welcome it,
Recognize what it is,
And observe it.
For example,
If a sound is suddenly ringing outside,
We welcome the sound,
Recognize what it is,
And we listen to it.
It's like you are watching a movie.
It doesn't matter what's happening in it.
You are just an observer who witnessed that happening.
It is what it is,
Just like that.
And please try to follow my voice and stay awake,
But if you fell asleep,
That is completely okay too.
A part of you is still listening and that's part of the practice.
Now,
I'm inviting you to open your senses.
What are you most aware of right now?
Anything from physical to mental,
To the environment surrounding you,
Anything.
What is calling your attention most right now?
Please try to observe and follow that thing.
Now,
Please bring your awareness to my voice.
Simply listen to my voice.
There is no good or bad in it.
Trying to push my voice to the background,
This is just a voice speaking.
When you find your mind wandering around or falling asleep,
Try to find my voice and come back.
But remember,
It is okay to fall into sleep.
There is no right and wrong here.
What's happening is just a neutral event that happens to be happening at this moment.
Now,
Please try to bring your awareness back to the first object and try to hold both my voice and this object together into your awareness.
Aware of both things simultaneously.
No need to think about it,
Just let it happen.
You are aware of both my voice and object together.
Be the observer in the cinema.
There is both my voice and that object.
Now,
I would like to invite you to set an intention for this practice.
We call it the Sanskrit name Sankalpa.
It's a positive statement of something that you really want to achieve.
It's positive and impressive tense.
For example,
I have the ability to be excellent or I have what it takes to something something or I am on the road to fill in the blank.
You make your own statement and repeat it in your heart for three times and then let that seed inside your heart and let it grow.
I'm inviting you to see a place that you feel 120% safe and relaxed.
It could be a real place that you've been before or an imaginary place.
What does it look like there?
What colors are there?
Is it during daytime or nighttime?
What's the temperature there?
Are there somebody with you?
What are your feelings there?
Are wearing these feelings of yours and you are simply aware?
Slowly come back to my voice.
Now,
Please bring your awareness to your mouth.
There's nothing you need to change.
Simply feel the position of your tongue,
The temperature inside your mouth.
Feel the taste,
The texture inside.
Feel your lips touching each other.
Feel your nose,
Your eyes,
Your cheeks and your whole face.
Please bring your awareness to your scalp,
The top of your head,
The back of your head,
Your ears and the whole head.
Please feel your face again,
Then your head.
Try to feel both of them at the same time,
The head and the face.
Simply noticing their existence,
Observe if any feelings come up and be the witness.
Feelings may come and go.
There's no judgment here.
We welcome them,
Recognize what they are and witness how the feelings behave itself.
You don't need to change anything.
Now bring your awareness to the left thumb,
The right thumb,
Both thumbs together.
Feel your left second finger,
Middle finger,
Fourth finger,
Fifth finger and the whole left hand.
Feel your right second finger,
Middle finger,
Fourth finger,
Fifth finger and the whole right hand.
Please feel both left and right hands together,
Both forearms,
Elbows,
Shoulders and the whole arms.
Please bring the awareness to your throat,
Notice how it feels,
Recognize that feelings and observe it.
Be aware of your chest,
Your heart,
Your heart pumps,
The rhythm and the strength.
Without changing anything,
Aware of your lungs,
Your belly,
Notice the movement with your breath.
What is the feeling of breathing,
The frequency,
The efforts?
Is it smooth or limited?
You don't need to change anything,
Simply noticing and be aware.
Without any efforts,
Please try to follow my voice.
Now bring your awareness to your pelvic area.
Feelings may come and go,
We welcome them,
Recognize them without any judgments,
There is no good and bad.
Witness them just as they are.
Be aware of your pelvic area,
The hip bone,
The joints between your upper body and the legs and your bottom.
Please draw your attention to your thighs,
Knees,
Lower legs,
Ankles,
Foot and toes.
Aware your lower body as a whole.
And now expand your awareness and feel both your lower body and the upper body.
Don't think about it too much,
Just awareness itself,
The intuition of yours,
Simply noticing your whole body.
If any other things appear,
We welcome them to come into your awareness,
Recognize them and observe them.
Now you are feeling some lights are continuously flowing into the bottom of your feet.
Are there any colors you see in those lights?
If you are not seeing them,
You can assign a colors of your favorite to those lights.
They are continuously flowing into the bottom of your feet.
These lights are flowing into your feet,
Into your body from the bottom,
Passing through your hip area,
Lower abs,
Stomach,
Heart,
Throat,
In between your eyebrows and out through the top of your head.
Slowly your body is filled with this colored light and you yourself is a body of lights.
These are the energy inside of you.
Welcome and recognize the feeling of this energy.
You are the person in the cinema watching yourself with this energy.
Welcome if any emotions come.
Welcome my voice.
Simply feeling the energy flowing into your body and out through the top of your head.
Try to feel the weight of yourself.
Is it heavy or light?
How heavy and how light?
Try to feel the size of yourself.
Is it big or small?
How big and how small?
Now you are seeing yourself walking slowly into a long hallway.
You feel your feet moving slowly,
Your hands swinging naturally and you keep walking.
It is a very pleasant walk.
There are doors along the side of the hallway but you let them pass.
These doors are not serving you and you don't need them.
You keep walking,
Hearing your own footsteps without changing anything.
Notice how your breath goes along with the walk.
You keep walking further and further and the gravity is less and less.
You feel your body being lighter and lighter.
You are more and more relaxed.
At the end of the hallway,
There is a door with your favorite color.
You stop in front of the door and you repeat your sank helper.
Notice what is your current emotions with this target,
With this intention.
Is it easy or difficult?
What are the limits that keep you away from this intention?
What are they?
Simply recognize what they are.
There are no goods or bads,
Just as they are.
From 1 to 10,
How far are you from achieving this target?
Now you look at the door of your favorite color at the end of the hallway.
I invite you to touch on the door and slowly push open it.
You take a step into the other side of the door and there is a whole new world.
In this place,
There are no boundaries,
No limits.
You can be anything.
In this place,
You see yourself achieving the sank helper of yourself.
You feel yourself with 200% confidence.
You are so powerful and excellence right at this moment.
You can achieve anything that you want.
How is your emotion right now being able to achieve that excellency and power?
Happy?
Satisfied?
Content?
Filled with joy?
Love?
Please recognize them.
But you are not the person in the cinema observing anymore.
You are that person in the movie.
You are yourself.
You are feeling all those emotions right now.
Please simply enjoy the emotion of yourself achieving all those target of yours.
Please let all those emotions rest inside you.
Which part in your body is having the most feeling right now?
Let's bring those emotions into that part of your body.
We anchor the emotions there.
Please be aware of that sensations and take note of that and remember that.
Slowly,
You go back to that door of your favorite colors and back into the hallway.
But you know that door,
That place always exceeds.
You can come back anytime you want.
You always have it.
You slowly walk back down the same hallway as you came with the same sankalpa but bringing together the new experience and the success inside you.
Notice the energy flowing inside of you as you come back.
Notice how you breathe.
Be aware of the weight of your body.
Noticing the touch of your skin,
The texture of clothes or blanket or the air.
Noticing my voice and the room.
Once again,
Repeat that positive statement of the sankalpa in your head and the feeling of achievement that you have already anchored onto your body.
Now you have practiced the yoga nidra to practice simply awareness and no judgment to yourself.
You have gone through deep relaxation and walking past the limiting belief system.
You have opened the door to everything.
You are powerful and confident.
What you do is worthy and remember you are what you believe and you already have what it takes to achieve your desires.
With more practice of this yoga nidra,
You can bring this to your daily life easier.
Now I am going to count down from three when you hear the bell ring.
