Transcript

Take a deep breath in through your nose and a long sigh out of your mouth and then let your breath settle into its natural rhythm.

And your brain may be feeling a little scattered or woolly,

So let's refocus.

Keeping your eyes open,

Look at an object in your line of sight.

Keep a soft gaze and focus in on the object.

And don't try too hard,

Keep your eyes relaxed.

Keep breathing.

Let thoughts popping into your mind come and go as you maintain this soft focus.

And now blink your eyes a few times.

And you've just meditated.

Do you feel a little bit clearer now?
