Hey there.

Good evening.

Time to go to bed,

And no better way to do so than by reciting affirmations that bring your mind to peace before you hit the sack.

So let's begin.

Find yourself seated comfortably,

Your back upright,

And let's gently take in a deep breath as deep as we can.

Slowly exhale,

And as you're breathing out,

Gently close your eyes.

Notice how you feel in this moment.

And for a few brief moments,

Take note of your breath.

Notice the overall sensation of your breath.

As you breathe in and out.

And if thoughts arise,

That is perfectly normal.

Just take note of the thought,

And gently go back to your breath.

Relax your body.

Relax your jaw,

Your shoulders.

And repeat the following affirmations after me.

My mind can rest now.

Everything else can wait for tomorrow.

I release the need to solve everything right now.

It is okay for me to relax and let go.

Each breath guides me gently toward peace.

Tomorrow is another day.

Have done my best today.

My best is enough.

I welcome deep healing sleep to restore my mind and body.

Everything I need is already within me.

I release tension and welcome stillness.

I give myself permission to fully unwind.

And if I do start thinking about snacks right now,

I will politely tell my brain,

Not now,

Mate.

Take one more deep breath in.

Slowly exhale.

Let out all that tension.

Have a peaceful sleep and sweet dreams.

Thank you.
