Explore MeditationAlex is a mum, educator, nature lover, and mindfulness teacher living in rural Ireland. She was born in Germany but moved to the Green Isle over 20 years ago where she now lives with her husband, two daughters, and golden retriever Henry. Due to her own struggles with mental health, Alex began meditating in her late twenties. It has made such a profound difference in her life, that she now combines mindfulness and nature connection approaches in her professional life to help others find more ease and well-being. We are living in times of great challenges, one of them being the Climate Crisis. Mental health is a crucial aspect of moving forward with hope and empowerment in the midst of it all. Alex is combining ecotherapy with mindfulness to teach others how to become unstuck, and proactive and find meaning and purpose. Alex is currently a student in the MMTCP Teacher Training programme with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
