Hi dear one,
Thank you so much for being here today.
Today we're going to recalibre ourselves from blah to ah.
Alright,
Let's sit or lie down comfortably.
Straighten the spine,
Raise the crown of the head if you're sitting down,
Up towards the sky.
And if you're lying down,
Try and really lie heavily on the surface.
Really ground yourself into the surface.
Start relaxing,
Taking deep breaths.
Relax your shoulders away from your ears.
Relax your jaw,
Your forehead,
Your fingers,
Your arms.
Let them rest either on your knees or maybe on the ground beside you.
If there is something that we all know is that life isn't always easy.
Sometimes it feels like we're just getting through one thing and then the next is already knocking on the door.
However,
There's not much that we can do about all the external things that are happening around us.
But what we can do is work on how we walk through them.
And on this journey called life,
There are beautiful moments,
Beautiful ah moments everywhere.
With all the respect of all the hard things that happen to us,
Let's try for a few moments to see ah.
So what is ah?
Ah is that feeling,
That emotion that rises up inside of us when we see something spectacular,
Typically.
We see the sunrise or the sunset or in a winter's morning when the sky turns completely pink.
We step out and we see the Grand Canyon or we see the horizon.
But ah is also in the little things,
The extra hug you get from your child in the morning.
How the sun reflects of your window or how the sun touches your face in the morning.
The beautiful Christmas lights on your neighbour's house when your cat or dog comes and lies on your tummy.
And in nature,
It's everywhere if you look close enough.
The trees,
The flowers,
The mountains,
The sky.
There are small moments of ah everywhere.
They might not be huge,
But they are there if we're looking close enough.
Keep breathing deeply and say to yourself,
Today as I walk through my day,
I commit to turning my blasts into carefully looking for all the ahs around me.
Take another deep breath.
Start moving your fingers and your toes.
Maybe stretch your back and your neck a little.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
Thank you for this moment of ah together today and good luck finding your ahs.
