Hi,
My name is Alexandra Lausch and I'm a certified unplugged meditation teacher.
Today I'm going to guide you through a very short but sweet meditation that will hopefully leave you feel more than enough.
Alright,
Let's try and sit in a comfortable place.
Perhaps you're sitting on the floor.
Try to feel your sit bones ground into the surface.
Sit straight up with your back and the crown of your head facing upwards towards the sky.
Relax your shoulders away from your ears.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your fingers and your toes.
And if it feels comfortable for you,
You can now close your eyes.
Let's take a deep breath in together.
And release all the tension that you might have possibly collected throughout the day.
Take another deep breath in.
And just let go of all that tension and all that energy that sits in your body,
Perhaps from the night even.
And just let that energy go that you don't want to stay in your body.
Take two more breaths like that on your own.
And as we're sitting here in this relaxed state,
I invite you to think of all the ways that you are enough.
Don't think about any of the things that you feel dissatisfied with,
Where you didn't show up the way you wanted or the things that didn't get done.
What are all the ways that you feel enough?
Keep taking the deep breaths.
And please repeat these three affirmations with me.
I am enough.
I am enough.
The way I live my life is enough.
The way I live my life is enough.
The way I show up to the people around me is enough.
The way I show up to the people around me is enough.
Take two more deep breaths in and let those affirmations really sink in to your body and into your entire nervous system.
Let those affirmations land completely and deeply into your body.
Take another deep breath and let that feeling move through your body.
And as you're sitting up tall,
You can start wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Maybe stretch and move around your neck a little bit.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
Remember today,
You,
My friend,
You are more than enough.
