I'm going to ask Mother Earth to send you her grounding energy so that you can feel completely safe and secure here on Earth.

Let's start the day by creating an intention for what we want to achieve today.
It can be as small or as big as you'd like.
Now focus on what are five steps you need to take today in order to achieve your goal.
Unconsciously when we're not able to honor a commitment,
It is usually because we are already committed to something else.
For example,
A commitment I consciously might want to honor is I want to eat healthier today.
But the unconscious commitment I already have is I am committed to eating whatever I feel like eating instead of eating what my body needs.
Become aware of a commitment you would want to make to yourself today.
Place your hand on your heart and say it out loud.
Dear me,
Today I commit myself and fill in whatever your commitment is.
And I choose to honor this commitment by doing.
.
.
Now name something that you might unconsciously want to choose over this commitment you just stated.
So let's say if your commitment today is to check off something related to work,
Your unconscious commitment might be I am committed to resting over working.
Say it out loud and see which commitment is more aligned with what you are trying to achieve today.
Now out loud,
You are going to state the commitment that aligns to your purpose today.
You can say this by stating,
Today I commit myself to do fill in the blank and end it with because this aligns me to my purpose.
Now repeat after me.
Today I choose to honor the commitments I've made to myself.
In order to align to my true purpose,
I choose to take the necessary steps that will align me to my true purpose today.
Now think of what is the next step you need to take in order to honor this commitment.
Take a deep breath and start coming back to this space.
When you get up,
You will choose what is best for you,
What is the most healthy for you,
And what is in alignment to the commitment you've made to yourself.
Today you will choose to honor yourself,
All the while aligning to your purpose.
Slowly come back into your body.
Become aware of the room around you.
And when you're ready,
Take a deep breath and open your eyes.
