Deep Sleep Healing

In this guided meditation, we focus on healing the physical, mental, and light body, using various techniques. There is a visualization where we reprogram limiting unconscious beliefs and install new ones, in order to obtain optimal health. I'll guide you through various systems in your body so that you can release anything that is no longer serving you. Trigger warning: There are mentions of abuse, sex, and rape. It's mainly focused on removing the trauma around these themes.

In this meditation,

We're going to focus on healing the physical,

Mental,

And light body.

Place your hand over your heart.

Become aware of how your chest rises and falls with each breath.

Become aware of the sensations in your physical body.

How can you become more comfortable?

What needs to be stretched or moved?

Place your hand down.

Begin to visualize a platinum white light that begins to grow in the center of your heart.

Observe how it begins to flow throughout your whole body.

Once your whole body is filled with this light,

Visualize how it begins to descend and come out through the soles of your feet.

Observe how this light begins to travel until it reaches the center of Mother Earth.

As soon as you've reached the center of Mother Earth,

Ask to be enveloped with her grounding energy.

Slowly,

You're going to begin to ascend,

Coming back into your physical body.

Again,

Become aware of the sensations in your physical body.

And here I call on to your guides,

Beings of light following the divine plan,

To come and aid us throughout this process of transmutation and integration.

I ask the Creator to come surround,

Hold space and protect your whole energy field throughout this healing process to avoid any form of lower frequency interference.

I ask that any lower frequency energy portal that has been used to manipulate or observe your energy in any way be blocked off,

Healed,

Transmuted.

I ask to revoke all vows,

Pacts,

Promises,

Or make debt where you have unconsciously given permission to others to manipulate or utilize your energy in a negative way.

Begin to visualize your digestive system.

Here I ask to remove all lower frequency programming that is keeping you in a state of illness.

Revoke,

And remove all programming related to physical,

Psychological,

And sexual abuse.

I ask to remove,

And cancel all programming containing history of physical,

And karmic debt that you've unconsciously made with anyone who continues to keep you in an abusive cycle.

I ask to remove all ties to ancestors who've lived out these dynamics with whom you've created any form of vow,

Here I ask to invoke Archangel Michael and his team so that they can please come and cut all lower frequency energy cords that keep you connected to ancestors who lived out abusive cycles.

Perspective,

And understanding of the creator of a sense of belonging so that you know that it is possible to belong to your family system without the need of recreating stories of abuse.

In your digestive system,

I also ask to remove the need to be constantly defending yourself from the world,

From other humans,

From life.

I ask to remove the need to hold onto anger,

Resentment,

And judgment.

I ask the creator to show you that it is possible to release all generational trauma in regards to abuse,

Anger,

Injustice,

Intolerance,

Discrimination,

And resentment.

Observe how all of this energy is being removed through the soles of your feet and transmuted by Mother Earth.

Creator,

I ask that all programmings revolving,

Stagnation,

Fear of movement,

Fear of change be resolved,

Transmuted.

And in its place,

I ask to install definition,

Perspective,

And understanding of the creator of openness towards life,

As well as the feeling of being excited to live different experiences without feeling that you're a victim of the experiences you have.

In regards to overgrowth of bacteria,

In the digestive system,

I ask to remove the belief I need to hold on to my ancestors' anger.

In order to belong,

I need to be angry.

And I am afraid of who I will be if I release this anger.

I ask that each and every one of these belief systems be resolved,

Transmuted on a physical,

And light body level.

I ask to remove the need to be continuously defensive towards feelings.

I ask to remove the belief my feelings attack me,

And I am a victim of my emotions.

I ask to remove the belief it is easier for me to become physically ill than to feel my emotions.

I ask to remove the belief life is too difficult for me to digest.

I ask to remove the belief it is easier for me to become ill than to release the pain that life has caused me.

I ask to install definition,

Perspective,

And understanding of the Creator,

Of how it is to release all forms of illness,

Bacteria overgrowth,

And parasites that have been affecting the digestive system in a negative and limiting way.

I ask that the intestinal bacteria,

Flora,

That needs to be restored,

Do so in the here and now for your highest good.

I ask the Creator to show you that it is possible to instantly heal any form of illness in the digestive system without the need to take any form of physical medicine because you already have everything you need.

I ask to install codes of any form of homeopathic medicine that you need right now in order to heal,

In order to return to your original blueprint of optimal health.

Now we're going to focus on your womb.

From this energy point,

We're going to travel back into your mother's womb and start the healing from here.

Visualize yourself inside your mother's womb.

In this space,

I ask the Creator to cleanse this womb from any form of trauma related to abortions,

Miscarriages.

I also ask to remove all floating memory in regards to your mother's suffering.

I ask to remove the belief I need to be responsible for my mother's suffering because it is my fault that she suffers in the first place.

I ask to remove the belief my parents' relationship is my responsibility and whatever my father does is my fault.

May this whole womb be covered in emerald green healing light in order to repair any physical ailment,

Illness,

Disorder that is in this womb.

And in the fetus version of you.

I ask to install definition,

Perspective and understanding of the Creator of feeling safe in your mother's womb.

I ask that you be shown that it is okay to feel held by your mother's womb.

I ask that this space be filled with unconditional love.

You can visualize this as a pink light that surrounds you.

Observe how it fills this whole space and begins to penetrate your whole physical body.

Now we're going to choose a timeline where you were born without any form of complications.

Where your mother and father have optimal health as well.

Now observe the process of being born.

You begin to see a white light at the end of a tunnel beginning to expand.

The white light becomes bigger and bigger.

Remember that you're safe,

You're held,

You're protected and it is okay to move forward.

Observe how you're finally out of the womb and you're in life.

You're handed over to your mother and she holds you in her arms.

Along comes your father and they both wrap you around in their love.

There's nothing to worry about.

There's nothing else to do than to be completely enveloped in their love.

Now we're going to come back to your own womb.

I ask the Creator to repeat the same process in your own womb.

Removing all shock and trauma from abortions,

Generational trauma of rape and I ask to remove all energy of non-consensual sexual intercourse.

I ask that this energy be cleansed in your womb as well as your genitals.

I know how to be safe in my body.

In your neurological system I ask to reconnect any and all neurotransmitters that need to be reconnected in order for you to have the original blueprint of optimal health.

I ask the creator to give you a full healing and reprogramming of the brain in order to restore the proper chemical balance you need in order to have optimal health.

Remember that you are not responsible for them.

You are only you.

In your skin,

I ask to restore the original blueprint of optimal health.

I ask that the microbiome of your skin be balanced in order for it to heal instantly any scar rupture of the epidermis.

I ask to remove the belief I need to protect myself from the outside world.

I ask to remove the belief I am unsafe when I interact with the outside world.

I ask to remove all generational trauma and all shock and trauma from being touched in inappropriate ways.

I ask to remove all shock and trauma from every time you felt invaded by someone else's touch or even by their energy.

I ask to install a protective barrier around your skin so that you no longer allow others to penetrate you with their touch,

Their energy or in any other way without your consent.

In your circulatory system,

I ask to activate the original blueprint of optimal health.

I ask to balance the red and white blood cells in order for them to carry out their process in an optimal manner.

I ask that the levels of oxygen you need be replenished so that the flow in your body can move gracefully without fear,

Without resistance.

I ask to remove all vows,

Promises of wanting to die in order to honor your family system.

I ask to remove the belief in order to belong I must die like my ancestors.

I ask to remove the belief in order to honor my family I need to go to war.

I ask to remove the belief the only honorable way to die is in a war field.

Begin to visualize your endocrine system.

Here I ask to remove the belief systems related to avoiding pleasure and joy.

I ask to remove the belief in order to belong to my family system I need to refrain from being happy,

Joyful and feeling pleasure in any way.

I ask to remove the belief the only way for me to feel pleasure is if I die.

I ask to remove all limiting concepts in regards to heaven,

Nirvana and afterlife.

I ask to remove the belief I came to this life to suffer and by sacrificing myself I can finally enjoy heaven as soon as I die.

I ask that this be replaced by the definition,

Perspective and understanding of the creator of living life fully.

I ask to install the belief it is possible for me to be happy,

To enjoy life and be fully present without having to die.

Now I ask the creator to install definition,

Perspective and understanding of the creator of your optimal weight and body mass.

I ask to activate the original blueprint of your optimal body weight and mass so that you can release or integrate anything you need in order to achieve the original blueprint of optimal health.

I ask that anything you no longer need be transmuted on all levels at the same time.

I ask to activate all dormant DNA that has necessary codes for your healing.

I ask the creator to fill you with unconditional love.
