Family Constellation: Attracting Compatible Romantic Partner

In this meditation, we will focus on healing our relationship to our family system on both our mother's and father's side. When we heal this relationship, we are able to let go of anything that is keeping us from choosing what we truly desire in our own life. The method used in this guided meditation is based on Family Constellations. You can use this meditation to call onto a new romantic partner or heal the connection you currently have.

Become aware of your breath.

Begin to visualize a pink light growing in the center of your heart.

Be aware of how this light begins to expand throughout your whole body.

This is a light of unconditional love.

Allow it to reprogram and integrate all downloads,

Activations that you need at this time in order to align yourself to your most vibrationally compatible romantic partner.

Begin to visualize yourself as a child.

Now in front of you,

You're going to visualize your mother.

It doesn't matter if you don't know who your mother was.

Connect to the essence of your biological mother.

On a scale she is larger than you and either in your mind or out loud,

You're going to say,

Mother,

I love you so much that I have been repeating and repairing your connection to love,

Your connection to romantic partners,

And your own relationship with your parents.

Mother,

I love you so much that I've taken on your burdens as my own.

Mother,

I love you so much that I believed that if I took on all of your unprocessed emotions,

I would be able to save you from pain and suffering.

But mother,

Now I see that none of this is my responsibility.

I am only the little one.

I am only your child.

And I cannot be responsible for you.

You are the big one and you know what to do with your life and the decisions you've made.

Mother,

I love you so much that I can no longer carry this burden.

It weighs too heavy on me and it isn't allowing me to go towards life and create my own.

In front of you,

You're going to visualize an object in which you are going to place everything that belongs to your mother that isn't yours,

Everything that you are caring for her,

Her pain,

Her suffering,

Her limiting belief systems,

Her rejections,

Projections,

Points of view,

Anything that separates you from your true self,

Everything that separates you from your true desires.

Put it into this object.

Now,

Behind your mother,

Visualize your grandmother.

On her left side,

Behind your mother,

On her right side,

You visualize your grandfather.

Now ask that the rest of your ancestors,

Great-grandparents and so forth,

Take their rightful place in your family system,

Each one in the place they belong.

All the way up to the creation of this family system.

Now,

Approach your mother with the object that contains all of her limiting belief systems,

Judgments,

Rejections,

Projections,

Separations and points of view,

Everything that is limiting you from creating your own life.

And you're going to hand it to your mother.

And you're going to say,

Mother,

I love you so much that I've been carrying this for you,

But it weighs too heavy on me.

So I give it back to you with grace and ease.

You were the big one and you know what to do with this.

I am only the little one and my responsibility is to go towards life.

Observe how your mother takes the object and sends it back to her parents,

Grandparents,

Great-grandparents and so forth.

So let the members of your family system who created these stories,

This pain and suffering,

Rejections,

Projections,

Judgments,

Separations,

Points of view,

Can become responsible for what is theirs without having their descendants repeating and repairing stories that don't belong to them.

Allow yourself to give back all of this energy,

All of these stories without feeling responsible or guilty or ashamed for releasing what is not yours and for choosing life.

None of this was yours to begin with.

You are only the little one and you are here to live your life as you choose to do it.

Now begin to visualize your father on a scale he is larger than you.

If you never met your father,

Connect to the energy and the essence of your biological father.

And now out loud or in your mind you're going to say,

Father,

I love you so much that I have become responsible for your pain and abandonment.

Father,

I love you so much that I have become responsible for the separation you feel within yourself.

Father,

I love you so much that I have taken on the responsibilities you feel in the world.

Father,

I love you so much that I too have disconnected from my emotions.

Father,

I love you so much that I have also felt rejected and separated from the world.

Father,

I love you so much that I have taken on your fears,

Your problems,

Your judgments and points of view.

But I can no longer do this.

I'm only the little one.

And carrying this weighs heavy on me.

Father,

I cannot choose life if I continue to live yours.

And Father,

I love you so much.

But today I choose to live my life differently.

Again,

You're going to begin to visualize an object in front of you.

Where you're going to put all of your father's judgments,

Rejections,

Separations,

Projections,

Points of view,

And limiting belief systems that are not allowing you to choose your own life.

Observe any sense of guilt or responsibility that comes up.

And remember that what you're removing was never yours to begin with.

This does not make you a bad child.

You are simply releasing everything that isn't you.

Now,

Behind your father on his left side,

Begin to visualize your grandmother.

Behind your father on his right side,

Begin to visualize your grandfather.

And behind them,

Visualize your great-grandparents and so forth.

All the way up to the creation of this family system.

Each family member in their rightful place.

Now approach your father and hand him the object with his programming.

And you're going to say,

Father,

I thank you for everything you've given me.

I thank you for all of these experiences.

But I can no longer repeat and repair them because I'm only the little one.

And it is not my responsibility to carry that which is of the bigger ones.

I can no longer repeat and repair what the bigger ones left pending.

Observe how your father takes this object and sends it back to the family system,

To the bigger ones.

So that those who created these stories,

These ripples in the consciousness,

Can become responsible for what they created.

And no longer giving it back to their descendants.

Feel your heart expand with this process.

Now observe how your mother walks around behind you and places herself on your left side.

Behind her is your entire family system on your mother's side.

Observe how your father comes around behind you and places himself on your right side.

Behind him,

Your entire family system on your father's side.

Here you are completely held,

Supported,

Grounded,

Safe,

Seen,

Valued,

Appreciated.

And you have a place in your family system.

Here I ask that all dormant DNA that needs to be activated at this time do so for your highest good.

At some point in the history of your family system,

There were experiences and stories that you would love to experience in this lifetime,

Which is why you chose this family system.

So right now,

Begin to visualize different experiences you desire to have.

And ask that the DNA of the ancestors who've lived these experiences be activated in you.

It can be regarding money,

Health,

Traveling,

Anything you desire.

Now I ask to destroy and uncreate all belief systems,

Projections,

Expectations,

Separations,

Rejections,

And points of view that aren't allowing you to align yourself to the reality you envisioned.

And I ask that any programming and belief system that would help you align to this vision be integrated and downloaded at this time for your highest good.

Now begin to visualize your most vibrationally compatible romantic partner.

If you're already in a relationship or connection,

You can visualize this person in front of you.

If not,

Let the higher self of this person show up.

You're going to say,

I've called you today to release anything that is not love between us.

Visualize this person who on a scale should be the same size as you.

The intention is to see them as your equal,

Not below and not above you.

You two are the same.

Behind them,

On their left side,

Visualize their mother.

Behind them,

On their right side,

Visualize their father.

Again,

If you don't know who this person is,

Ask that the higher selves of their parents come forward.

And to their parents,

You're going to say either out loud or in your mind,

I called you today because I want to thank you for having brought my most vibrationally compatible partner into this world.

I thank you for everything you've done so that this could be possible.

If it weren't for you,

This person wouldn't exist.

And I wouldn't have the opportunity to be with this person.

I honor you.

And I thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me this experience.

Now,

To your most vibrationally compatible romantic partner,

You're going to say,

I love you.

I'd have been waiting for you.

But I can now see that you are always with me.

We have never been separate.

Even though we chose this experience on Earth to experience the illusion of separation,

You and I are one.

You don't have to repeat this.

I ask to invoke Archangels Michael,

Gabriel,

Raphael,

Uriel,

Metatron,

And Saint-Alphonse to come and aid us throughout this process of removing and releasing anything that isn't love between you and your most vibrationally compatible romantic partner.

Between you,

I'm going to ask that the vibration and energy of expectations,

Projections,

Rejections,

Separations,

Limiting belief systems,

And points of view show up in between you two.

All of this energy is related to the not-self.

This is what you are not.

I ask the Archangels to cleanse the space,

Removing all of this energy that isn't allowing you to connect in love with your most vibrationally compatible romantic partner.

I also ask to invoke Archangels of the Violet Flame to come and transmute everything that is being released at this time.

Allow yourself to purge and release everything that isn't allowing you to connect in love,

In harmony with this person.

I ask to destroy and uncreate all judgments,

Projections,

Rejections,

Separations,

Limiting belief systems,

And points of view that aren't allowing you to see this person as they truly are,

For better or for worse.

I ask to destroy and uncreate everything that doesn't allow you to see clearly,

All confusions and delusions about this connection that aren't allowing you to see what is.

And I ask to destroy and uncreate all conclusions that you have of this person and this connection that aren't allowing it to unfold in a way that is most beneficial for you.

Everywhere where you have concluded that this is either a positive or negative connection,

I ask to destroy and uncreate it.

Everywhere where you are projecting perfection or imperfection in this person,

I ask to destroy and uncreate it.

Everywhere where the expectation is that this person is either wonderful,

Amazing,

Or horrible,

Any expectation in general,

Positive and negative,

That isn't allowing you to see this person as is,

I ask to destroy and uncreate it.

I ask to destroy and uncreate all vows,

Pacts,

Promises,

Obligations,

Karmic debt,

And limiting Akashic records that you have with this person on all levels at the same time.

I ask to destroy and uncreate the need to repeat and repair situations and experiences you've had with this person in other lifetimes.

Everything that you are currently projecting onto this lifetime that is no longer needed for your highest good,

I ask to be destroyed and uncreated.

And I ask to destroy and uncreate anything and everything that isn't allowing you to receive from this person,

Receive what they have to offer.

And everywhere where you are not allowing yourself to grow in this connection,

Expand in this connection,

I ask to destroy and uncreate it.

Allow yourself to release everything that is no longer needed for your highest good.

Begin to observe if you have any cords with this person.

I ask Archangel Michael to come cut any lower frequency cords that keep you attached to this person that are no longer needed at this time in this point of evolution.

Allow the cords to be cut off,

Removed,

Released,

Transmuted.

And all the energy cords that are of a higher frequency that are still allowing you to grow and expand in this connection,

I ask be elevated to the highest frequency possible so you can continue to open yourself up to all of the possibilities that you have with this person for your highest good.

Now I'm going to give you a moment to tell them anything and everything you need to tell them.

What would you like to experience in this connection?

Express it to them.

Now allow them to speak back to you if they have anything to say.

Thank them for having showed up and for allowing you to create this process together.

Thank them for having chosen this experience with you.

Thank their parents for allowing you to have this experience with them.

Begin to visualize a white light.

This light represents your life.

Observe how it expands.

Bigger,

Bigger,

Bigger.

Until you are completely immersed in this white light.

You are completely in life,

Supported by your whole family system for your highest good.

Quite an abrupt ending. Wish the mother / father parts were deeper, and the soulmate past decrees part were a bit shorter, as ideas seemed repetirive, so I lost track. Other than that, very insightful exercise which allows you to connect with your ancestors, to hand them back what belongs to them, and to move on in the most graceful way.
