We're going to focus on releasing any patterns,
Energetic cords,
Belief systems that are attaching you in a detrimental way to a former or current romantic connection.
Begin to visualize a pink light expanding in the center of your heart.
Visualize how this light begins to fill your whole body.
This is the light of unconditional love.
Now,
I call on to your guides,
Beings of light,
Following the divine plan,
To come and aid us throughout this process.
I ask that they hold the space so that you can feel held and protected.
I ask to invoke Archangels Michael,
Gabriel,
Raphael,
Uriel,
Sadkiel,
And Chamuel.
I also ask to call on to the Ascended Master Saint Germain.
I ask that these beings integrate and activate in your system any dormant DNA and RNA codes that need to be activated at this time so that you can find clarity in the connection you are working on.
Begin to visualize a past life that you had with this person.
Allow it to show up without having to rationalize whatever it is that you are being shown.
What dynamics were carried out in this lifetime that are now being repeated?
I ask Archangel Michael to please come destroy,
Uncreate,
And remove all lower frequency energetic ties that you have to this lifetime and to the version of you in that lifetime.
I ask that the same process be repeated regarding the other person in that lifetime,
Removing all lower frequency energetic cords that keep you connected to that version of them.
Allow your body to release this energy.
Now you're going to visualize the person you are working on in front of you and you're going to say either out loud or in your mind,

I can no longer choose to repeat and repair something that is causing me so much pain.
I now know that I can choose to connect to you in a way that isn't detrimental to my physical,

I demand something different to show up.

I now choose to connect with you through love by definition and perspective of the creator of all that is.
I release you from the shackles of my judgment,
Expectations,

Separations,
And points of view.
You no longer have to repeat this.
I ask support from the archangels of the violet flame to come and transmute everything that is being released at this time.

You're going to repeat either out loud or in your mind,
I love you so much that I've been holding on to you for many lifetimes,
But I can no longer hold on to something that is causing me so much pain.

I now choose to learn through love in a different manner.
In the name of the I am that I am,
I choose to be surrounded by people who see me as I am,
Who nurture me,
Who support me,
Respect me,
Admire me,
Hold space for me,
And accompany me throughout my internal processes.
In the name of the I am that I am,
I choose to no longer accept people who shame me,
Who make me feel guilty for being who I am.
I no longer choose to be surrounded with people who are not interested in my most authentic version.
I no longer choose to be surrounded with people who are indifferent towards me,
Who are uninterested in me,
In my emotional needs,
In my physical needs.
I no longer choose to surround myself with people who are incapable of loving me in the way I deserve to be loved.
Allow yourself to release anything that is no longer aligned to the evolution of your consciousness,
Expansion,
And growth.
I ask the Archangels to elevate the frequency of the energetic cords that keep you connected to the person you are working on.
I ask to destroy and uncreate all attachment to outcome,
All expectations and projections of what you believe the outcome with this person should be.
I ask to destroy and uncreate all timelines that are no longer aligned to your highest good,
Expansion of consciousness,
And whatever timeline is not contributive and nurturing for you.
Allow your heart center to expand with this process,
Taking in more love and releasing anything that is no longer in alignment with you.
Now we're going to ask this person to communicate anything you need to know about them,
About the connection,
About yourself at this time.
Observe whatever is coming up and allow it to be processed on its own and release anything that isn't yours.
